Popped in less than a week ago after speaking with Matt on the phone. He was nothing but polite and not pushy like many other sales men I have dealt with in the past. Booked in for a viewing of the car and I took it there and then. The process was easy, smooth and Matt was on hand should I have any questions. Fast forward a week, I’ve picked up my new Juke, old one part exchanged, Matt again there for a seamless handover. Great cars, even better customer service & I will continue to use and recommend this garage to anyone if you are looking for a Nissan. Thanks again Matt!
Non-pushy sales reps! Martin was absolutely fantastic helping me through the process of purchasing my first car, explained everything in detail, was really attentive with sending me videos of the vehicle quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a car as the customer service is 10/10, I wish all garages would give this much care and detail to their customers.
