Took my car in for a service and mot. Can I say I was at there mercy really I can stick a key in and make my car work. This service station didn't take advantage of that fact. The price for a service and mot was fantastic and competitive.They also opened early so I could get home from a nightshift. Keep it local and have a bit of trust these guys will be honest.

My first time using this garage for my car repair and I’m very happy with the service. I was called regarding an issue with the cv boot that was identified at the same time as the brakes being changed. I was given a quote for the extra which I was happy with and on collecting my car the price stayed the same. A great local garage which I will probably use for servicing and MOT in future.

My Insurance Company arranged for Steer to repair my Vehicle. Steer has been in contact with me by text message telling me each stage my vehicle was at. When I have spoken to them on the telephone they have been polite knowledgeable. They contacted me to let me know the date and time my Vehicle would be returned I chose a garage of my choice for the Mot they delivered my vehicle to the garage. My car was inspected at the garage on the repair work that was carried out and I was informed it was of a very high standard. So pleased to have my car back, Cannot fault this company at all.

Unfortunately, my car was written off but the service I received was first class from collection and assessment to sorting out a courtesy car very quickly with regular updates. Had an issue with my Mini. I contacted best auto and they said to bring my car in and they’d take a look. The car wasn’t even drivable to begin with and I had to get my car towed to the garage. The issue was fixed the same day and the staff were really kind and super helpful. Ash was really great, he sent over photos of the issue and explained what everything meant. Will definitely come back to best auto for any future issues and would recommend for anyone looking for a garage.

Great experience! I was able to call and take my car in straightaway following various warning lights appearing on my dashboard. Pete put me at ease, called less than 2 hrs later, to confirm nothing to worry about. The checks only took 15 minutes so they didn’t charge me. Very honest, helpful and would 100% recommend.

What great guys. Exceptional service. I broke down when my clutch failed. They firstly recommended a local recovery company who were very quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I received a phone call from the guys within a couple of hours and by the end of the day my car was ready. I asked could they service my car which they did the following morning! A breath of fresh air at Newmans Suzuki, Totton. Charley was fantastic. No pressure, knowledgeable and cared about what we were looking for. We had a very busy and restless one-year old with us and she never made him feel like an inconvenience, even gave him some colouring to do. Charley Gave us plenty of options to consider and no question or request was too much. My husband had a puncture early this morning on the way to work. After getting awful service from another local tyre centre came to Setyres Totton. Totally different experience! Wonderful! No one likes buying tyres but they made the whole process easy and stress free. Good value too! Hopefully won’t see them soon but will only use them in the future. Keep up the great work guys!

had four tyres fitted by a nice tec called lewis attention to detail and care was taken when fitted and all bolts had be torqued to correct spec .very impressed with service from this young gentalman credit to company , shame company site would not accept my job number to leave a review to credit this young gentalman .31/3/2025 Shame on you halfords for not been able to leave review .

Brilliant and helpful service when I called in on the off chance they could help with a slow puncture. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Really can't recommend enough given how I was helped on my way!
