I managed to catch my brothers neighbours car and produced a lovely scratch on my passenger side. On returning my car it looks brand new like it hadn't been damaged. I am very impressed.

Absolutely 5* service. Brilliant communication and the best customer service I have come across in a long time. Unfortunately, my car was written off but the service I received was first class from collection and assessment to sorting out a courtesy car very quickly with regular updates. A special thank you to the lovely lady on reception, apologies I don’t know your name, and the gentleman who collected my car and delivered the courtesy car for both going over and above in what was a really stressful time for me. I highly recommend this company and their fabulous team!

My Insurance Company arranged for Steer to repair my Vehicle. Steer has been in contact with me by text message telling me each stage my vehicle was at. When I have spoken to them on the telephone they have been polite knowledgeable. They contacted me to let me know the date and time my Vehicle would be returned I chose a garage of my choice for the Mot they delivered my vehicle to the garage. My car was inspected at the garage on the repair work that was carried out and I was informed it was of a very high standard. So pleased to have my car back, Cannot fault this company at all.

Through my insurance company, I used their service to replace the side panel of my car in this year. It took 5-6 working days which was quicker than they originally expected.
