I purchased a vehicle from Sam and Arjan, who were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable throughout the buying process. They gave the vehicle a thorough clean before collection and ensured the car was free of any exterior defects. After a few weeks, the car did have some minor teething issues, however Lee and Louis in the service department were more than happy to help, organising a courtesy car as well as sending it to an approved BMW garage for repair. Once the car had been fixed, they cleaned it and left it tidy. Both the sales and service team are extremely attentive and I would 100% recommend this dealer. We would definitely use them again.
