I just had a great experience buying a bike with Charlie. He brought it back to why I, as a kid, got my bikes from Halfords. Also as an adult, I get from them for my kids as well. He was friendly, attentive, gave us all the important information we needed, set it up well and made it a fun experience. His colleagues are also really good.
