Been to Kay countless times for both major and minor Services, A battery change, diagnostics, lambda sensor change, break pads and discs, switching out body parts now that I think about it hes pretty much rebuilt my car part by part. Kay is always meticulous in his work. He runs a full diagnostic to find faults, suggests the best places for parts and goes above and beyond to deliver amazing service. His attention to detail is amazing and can always tell if i’ve curbed an alloy between services. Kay has always been reliable and has also responded to emergency call outs, at times when he has been unavailable he recommends his fellows in industry. He not only fixes faults but advices and educates on how to prevent future faults or look out for issues which may result in a fault. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and does all jobs properly. I have recommended Kay to friends and family and would recommend his services to all.

Kay is a top bloke & a gent for sure. He goes above and beyond for his people and is attentive with the task at hand. A lot of knowledge packed into a one man army & I understand why he finds passion in what he does. It’s hard to find reliable mechanics this dedicated; businesses often overlook quality control measures & personable relationships but this gentleman here has ticked all the boxes. I showed him the parts I required prior to the appointment & he redirected me to a source that saved me heaps of money for the exact same items. This included the main battery, engine oil & brakes/pads prior to our appointment, which I would’ve spent a fortune if I purchased through retailers. What a guy man, he needs his flowers for sure. 5 star service! My husband called Kays Auto Service to fix the terminal fuse of our car, he was fast, efficient and a very good mechanic!! Very affordable price too! Extremely happy highly recommend.
