Really impressed with the attentiveness of Len the owner (on phone) and the mechanic in garage whose name I didn't catch but has been working there 18yrs. I ended up not needing to book it in (as issue should be resolved by the high-street firm who fitted the battery), but next time I need any vehicle service in London I will definitely be heading here as first choice.

Len is great, he showed me the exact issue I had within minutes of opening up the hood. Got me the part I needed and replaced it in no time even though he was a busy man.
