Genuinely could not recommend this garage highly enough! I was driving home from Bridport when my car suddenly started making an extremely loud noise when accelerating. Rang this garage the next morning as it was very local to me and they offered immediate assistance and were really flexible; adapting to my work schedule. As a young woman who is admittedly not very good with cars [and is a first time driver/car owner] the thought of going to a garage was quite stressful as I was really worried about being ripped off/belittled but I genuinely lucked out so much here! All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and informative from start to finish, and the mechanic even brought me under the car to show me what the issue was which I really appreciated. They were happy to offer advice on any questions and concerns I had about my car and even looked over a few things for me free of charge! On the whole, the garage offers very competitive pricing and excellent service in addition to skilled and efficient workmanship. Due to the service I received I was very happy to come back with all my future car concerns and even get some cosmetic work done. The garage would have become my absolute go-to if it wasn't for me relocating out of Dorset, but i'd genuinely recommend to all those local to west dorset/the dorchester area, as well as those passing through.

Busy but we'll run garage,no hard sell and easy going staff. Last min MOT catered for, there are toilets and a petrol station on the forecourt.

Pulled in there this afternoon in a panic after getting a tyre pressure loss warning. They were very busy but a man took the car away immediately, checked tyres and pumped them up (I’d done them the week before at a supermarket patrol station machine which apparently are unreliable). Very friendly and extremely helpful and kind. I’m very grateful. Mentioned them to my neighbour who said they are brilliant for ordering and fitting new tyres , so now I know. Thank you.

Huge thanks! I turned up on a rainy Friday afternoon after getting my second puncture of the day!? I was enroute to catch a ferry from Portsmouth. Despite my unusual vehicle with strange tyres they managed to source a couple from their supplier in Dorchester. I was back on my way in less than 1 hour!? Tremendous service. Highly recommended.
