I visited without any appointment and they were able to see me instantly: my brakes were replaced and the car was ready within 4 hours of dropping it off. Would recommend to others and will happily use again, reasonable pricing and good value for money.

Had an MOT and service here recently and couldn't fault any aspect of my interaction. From (failed) MOT through to rebooking for repairs and re-MOT, received a solid service and great value for money. Unsure why other reviews take issue with the customer service, wasn't my experience at all.

My wife called in as the engine light was showing and her car had been playing up for a few days. She is a community nurse and Arron was very helpful - offering her a courtesy car immediately so she could continue her work, her car was fixed the day after. Fantastic service - thanks very much - highly recommended this local garage.

What an absolute pleasure. The guys at Maiden Castle came to our rescue when a bolt sheared and a crank pulley fell off our Skoda and although the car needed a new pulley (the old one decided to roll back to Weymouth for fish and chips), the part arrived the next morning and I was able to collect the car just after lunchtime. Extremely fair pricing, professional but totally friendly, helpful people who did a top class job. If I have any more mishaps in Dorset, I know where to call. Brilliant!

Great service. Yesterday our car battery died. We had just taken my 94 year old uncle to visit his wife in her care home. I rang Maiden Castle garage and in less than 15 minutes a very helpful man arrived, restarted our car and refused all payment. What amazing service! And today we bought a new batter...
