Absolutely fantastic service. He agreed to see me at short notice, spent 10 minutes diagnosing the problem and another 20 minutes fixing it, and also fixed a dodgy headlamp that had blown. What this guy doesn't know about cars isn't worth knowing. Incredibly knowledgeable and an interesting professional history. I wish I lived nearer so I could take my car all the time to be fixed by him. Thanks for a great service. We made it from Dorchester to Scotland with air conditioning working gloriously all the way, for which I'm so grateful!

After taking my a3 to a national known company to recharge my air con twice and they couldn’t find why it was losing it. So I called Allen from cool it explained the situation. He said bring up and I’ll find the fault within 15 minutes. So dropped the car out and he actually found the problem within a minute. My condenser radiator had been damaged. He was straight on the phone to find out a price for me which was very reasonable. So i told him to order it and I’ll would drop the car back when the part was in. Fitted the new condenser radiator within a few hours and recharge the air con! Even gave me a courtesy car for the few hours. High recommend this chap to anyone. DONT go to big national companies who just want to take your money. 5 stars

Glad I was recommended Alan at Cool It. My Air con was not working even though it had been regassed 12 months ago by the garage I bought the car from! He was very knowledgeable and I felt completely safe that he wasn't out to make a fast buck. Problem solved. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Alan.

This guy is great, I have used him now for 3-4 years for my aircon needs and he is the bees knees. He also does a lot of other work and is very friendly when you ask him what he is doing! For talking to him he is very knowledgable and my regular mechanic did well in recommending him. I like to support local small business like my own.

Took my X3 along for a service which was completed with no problem and very competitively priced. The owner, Alan, is very knowledgable and helpful so highly recommended. Will be taking the other car along for MOT and service in due course.
