I found them to friendly, efficient and knowledgeable . I had a problem with the TPMS sensors in my 2007 car and they resolved it - which I particularly appreciated because other big brand tyre chains have not been able to assist me with these TPMS sensors in the past. The waiting area is comfortable and the toilets are clean. A big well done to Sebastian and his team.

The first day of our holiday was a disaster. Our car broke down just outside Yeovil, so had to call out our Breakdown Service, who fitted a new water pump. 3 miles into the journey, the car overheated again. I phoned the Service again but they refused to come out as it was for the same problem and it is their policy to not come out for the same problem under 28 days! I explained that my husband was disabled but all they would do was send a transporter to take us back to the holiday cottage! However, we were less than half a mile from Eagle Autos. I phoned and told them the situation, who then came out within a few hours and took our car away. They tested everything and had it sorted in a couple of days. They were extremely kind and thorough. I would have every confidence, should we need them in the future! Thank you so much Pete and Liz. You are very kind and understanding.

Our car developed a problem whilst on holiday near Bridport. I dropped it off to Eagle first thing in the morning and they had it sorted by 2pm. Holiday disaster avoided. Great friendly service. Thank you!

Would just like to thank Charlie for sorting out my sales car. She had it collected by one of her drivers after it broke down on the A37. Her lad Scott came out, he diagnosed the issue, we stopped at a parts place to collect an alternator in Dorchester and then went back to their workshop about 5-10 mins from Dorchester. Charlie and Annie were lovely, had a cuppa and within an hour I was back on the road. Can’t say I’ve ever had such good service.

Needed a van with no keys recovered. Quick service. Put the van in a difficult spot to access, as I asked them to. Great communication from Charlie. Good price. Would 100% recommend

These people are absolute super stars! My car broke down and I was completely distraught trying to figure out what to do. They went on the very day, late evening to pick it up and diagnosed next day. Unfortunately not reparable but they offered to scrap it and to bring my personal belongings to me. I live almost an hour away… they are friendly and professional and if I need service I would definitely recommend! Big thank you to tou guys!

Brilliant service when our work van broke down in yeovil they had Scott out to us within 15 minutes of me calling them scott was brilliant and took us to the van rental place to collect another van so we could go to work then he went to drop our van off for diagnostics

Recently relocated to Weymouth and was reccomended Top Gear Weymouth by a friend, My car was leaking coolant and TopGearWeymouth got me booked in instantly, I was able to get my car down to the garage for a diagnosis, the issue was quickly found and a new coolant pipe was ordered. My car was fixed a few days later, I believe the part took a few days to arrive. Upon collecting my car I was told that the phsyical repair was way faster than expected and that I would only have to pay half as much as I was originally invoiced for the repair. Reception staff were very friendly and fast at replying to my emails/phonecalls and the mechanics were very knowledable and took the time to go through with me what actually had broken, what was replaced and what I should do/look out for going forward. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided and pure honesty from Top Gear Weymouth.

Guy got me back on the road within an hour of my car being recovered to the garage after suffering a puncture. It had been a particularly difficult week, but this drama didn't turn into a crisis with the help and assistance from Guy. Excellent, affordable service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We were on holiday last week, and had issues with the Adblue system, we were told about Top Gear garage by the people who s house it was we were staying at. We made contact and explained and they got us in first thing the following morning and the issues was solved in less then 10 minutes of being at the garage , the mechanic was brilliant honest and trustworthy, and the receptionist was a credit also to the company. It was a fraction of the price back home, and did not rip us off and very honest and trustworthy. Was told if had any more issues go back to them while on holiday. I told all family about them and was very grateful for the recommendation we had to go to them. I hope I don't have car trouble again next time on holiday but I know where I would be taking my car if I did. Thank you Top Gear garage to all of you, this really is a trustworthy and honest garage and mechanics that you don't always get now days.

Whilst on holiday I needed a brake light replacing. Although very busy they told me to bring the car in and they would sort it out. Fully expecting a large bill but was only charged £2, yes you read it right... for parts, fitting and excellent service. Cannot recommend this garage enough.

This garage is fantastic. I had a nightmare scenario this morning - engine light flashing on the way to work, loss of power. RAC took 6 hours to come out and couldn’t fix it. Suggested the car would probably be a write off. I called BCRC and they said bring it in straight away (2pm Friday) despite a backlog of work they had on. They fixed the problem in under two hours and charged a very reasonable fee. Incredibly helpful and professional. I will use this garage in future.

Travelling from Cornwall to West Sussex and stopped at Bridport for a break. I had an issue with the front brakes on the car, rear guard had come off and was rattling around. Just happened to see this business, they were quite literally just opening, explained the issue, had the car up and wheel off in minutes and problem solved ! Wouldn’t take a penny from us !! After hitting a pothole, and puncturing the tyre, at the start of a 3 hour journey, these boys got me up and running in 20minutes from time I first spoke to them. Fully recommend!

Really honest garage, had an MOT which failed on some serious corrosion which had been missed in previous years. Completed the work myself but came back for the retest and was charged nothing on top of the original MOT price. Friendly mechanics too 👍🏼
