Whilst traveling through Dorset in our motorhome, it became apparent I had some serious problems with the brakes, Billy's Mobile Mechanic came up in the Google search, I'm so glad it did ! He responded to my initial txt message immediately, and arranged to come to the site we were on , his communication, depth of knowledge and professionalism was second to none , he sourced the components and fitted them new disks ,pads and a split CV gaitor .

Wil came out to fit a starter motor for us, did the job! Really nice guy, will use again.

I contacted Billy to ask if he was able to inspect a car I was looking to purchase and he responded really quickly and carried out the inspection the same day. He found a number of things that needed repairing (timing belt/water pump, suspension repair, brake pads/discs, tyres, exhaust, oil & filters etc). He carried out all the work for me brilliantly and managed to complete the work within a week. He went out of his way to get the work done and his customer service and communication was excellent, very polite. I’m really pleased with my new car. I wish I lived closer as would most definitely use Billy regularly - thanks Billy!
