I found them to friendly, efficient and knowledgeable . I had a problem with the TPMS sensors in my 2007 car and they resolved it - which I particularly appreciated because other big brand tyre chains have not been able to assist me with these TPMS sensors in the past. The waiting area is comfortable and the toilets are clean. A big well done to Sebastian and his team.
This is the third time I've used ETB recently. I thoroughly recommend. Efficient and honest service. Most notably, manager sticks by his word and kept me updated throughout. Thoroughly trustworthy, good value and highly professional.

My tyre pressure light came on unexpectedly and thankfully it happened only 5 mins away from ETB. I popped in to ask for advice and within 5 mins they had checked the tyre pressure for me.
