Jamie did an amazing job respraying the whole roof on my 2022 Honda Jazz. I’m sure the required ‘Four stage pearlescent paint’ was a challenge but Jamie nailed it. Michelle, the company director, was also very efficient & kept me informed. Can’t recommend these ‘guys’ highly enough. First class service. “Bravo”. I don't know where to start! The personal service I received from all the team at Motura is nothing short of exceptional. After hitting a pot hole, my vehicle was left stranded in a precarious location, having sustained unrepairable damage to two wheels. Motura were quick to act. They went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road as quickly as possible. They were even as kind as to lend me two wheels from one of their own vehicles to get me going again and earning money. I bought 4 new wheels and tyres at Motura at a very competitive price and they were ordered and dispatched the same day. TVS had amazing customer service, after enquiring about the car I was booked in to see it the next day and was given a number to ask any questions I had prior. I was served by Jaime who was very friendly and did an incredible job, showed me round the car and gave me an extensive 30+ minute test drive on all road conditions. The car was in great condition and was given a fresh 12 months MOT. Couldn’t recommend this dealership enough.

Total lifesavers! Van was out of action with a serious coolant leak in an inaccessible place (needed hours of stripping back to reach it). The garage opened on New Years day just to fit us in and get us back on the road. Kind, professional and knowledgable mechanics with incredibly reasonable prices. Wimborne MOT are a lifesaver! We are from Leeds and were travelling down to the ferry port in Poole to catch a ferry to France with our Ford Transit Campervan. We had an issue on the way down meaning we kept loosing power. We managed to arrive in Poole and had no luck with any garage that could fit us in quickly. We called Wimborne MOT and explained our situation that we were meant to catch the ferry and that we aren’t local, they fit us in the next day for a diagnostic which turned out to be our turbo. They quickly fixed it for us within the week and made arrangements to help us out since we weren’t from the area! They are truly a lifesaver and we can’t thank them enough! Wimborne MOT were the only garage that could fit my car in for an MOT this week. I haven’t used them before. However all other car garages I’ve used previously never seem to call to let you know a pass/fail or any work…I have to call them and chase up at the end of the day. Wimborne MOT communication was fantastic and they kept me in the loop with phone calls. Even letting me know the cost before I agree to the work (which has never happened at other garages!) car was fixed and MOT promptly. The warm and friendly greeting I got on turning up at the premises in Brook Road was pleasing; the rapid and efficient approach to repairing the puncture on my Motorhome was impressive, but experiencing the wealth of technical knowledge showed by this team of engaging young men gave me huge confidence. They are all a credit to their business, and to themselves. I guess you can get tyres fitted anywhere, but I would urge you to go to Wimborne Tyres as they really know how to treat their customers. Reasonably priced, too.

A warranty that actually works Few months back got a full set of Nexen tyres but unfortunately got a screw and puncture in one. The staff inspected and confirmed that the tyre could be changed free under warranty as couldn't be safely repaired. Nexen tyres are not only good value tyres they come with an excellent lifetime guarantee.

I have been using the company for a number of years. Great blokes, professional, polite, friendly and honest. I pop in regularly to get my tyre pressures checked, they are always happy to accommodate , nothing is too much trouble and they don’t charge. They are helpful and provide advice should you need it.
