Martin at Everlast, recently replaced three flat roofs for us and I can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic job he did for us. Everything was explained in detail and Martin was always ready to answer any questions while preparing our quote and whilst on site. Communication is always so important to me and Martin was always prompt to answer the phone and any queries I had. This level of professionalism was again shown with the job itself. Everlast did a thoroughly professional job at a fair price and we were nothing short of delighted with the results. We can highly recommend Dr. Stephen Cox as a mathematics tutor. Dr. Cox has tutored our eldest son for several months in the lead up to his recent GCSE's. He enjoys Dr. Cox's teaching methods and enthusiasm and looks forward to his weekly lesson. Our son is continuing his tuition towards A levels in Mathematics and Further Mathematics with Dr. Cox. He loves the homework challenges he sets each week.

My daughter was worried about achieving the GCSE grade she wanted so asked for tutoring. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m blown away by the progress she has made in just a few weeks. Steve puts effort into making sure the content of each session is tailored to her by setting homework to check progress and understanding for the next session, he also sends me feedback each week. When my daughter doesn’t understand any of the work she likes the detailed way he explains it without making her feel incapable. Steve's gentle and positive teaching methods have boosted her confidence. I highly recommend Steve.

Stephen has been helping my son prepare for the TMUA and I honestly cannot recommend him enough. His friendly and thoughtful personality puts the student right at ease and then his commitment and focus on providing material tailored to his specific needs is an absolute joy. I am also very impressed by the detailed feedback he provides, always prompt when answering email queries, always on time for lessons and forever willing to listen and give additional support. I am so glad I found him, can’t wait for him to help my younger son as well.

Dr Cox is a friendly, passionate and knowledgable tutor, his flexible approach and willingness to tailor his methods have made a world of difference to the mathematical aptitude and confidence of my son in the final year of his A levels.In particular, his approach of setting exam questions for homework and working through any mistakes have worked really well for my son. We are aiming for an A - A* and with Dr Cox's help this should be well within reach.

Rose Tuition Ltd - We used the services of Rose Tuition after our son failed one of his GCSE's. I got in touch with Danny who explained what options were available for our son to support him with his pending resit in October 2024. It was decided that due to the short time frame we had before the exams, 1-2-1 tuition would work better for him at home. Mae Mae was our son's tutor and she was fantastic. She was very thorough and set him specific pieces of work for him to complete during his tuition time and for homework which targeted his needs. She respected our home and was such a pleasure to have. I am pleased to say he has now passed his GCSE English Language as of yesterday and I truly believe, he passed due to the 1-2-1 support from Mae Mae. Thank-you Rose Tuition

Excellent! Highly recommend! My daughter is in Year10 amd does the higher Science tuition. She is loving it, her confidence has increased massively and in her own words she 'loves the small groups and the fact there is no distractions'. Huge thanks to Danny for that. The tuition so far has been a mix of some topics that she's covered so therefore allowed her to consolidate her learning and further her understanding and some topics that she hasn't yet covered in school...this has made her more confidence in class when these topics have been introduced. Win, win! I'd highly recommend no matter what stage your child is at. The knowledge amd confidence that they will gain I'm sure will be as valuable as my daughter is finding it.

Xcelerate academy has provided my nephew with a great experience with regard to his education with the additional tuition they offer. The team are really helpful aiding with the development of my nephew with reports with his progress, as well as the teaching staff working with him, ensuring challenging concepts are made understandable. I have been using Poppies for a number of years now for both home and office and we have always found them reliable, professional, honest and trustworthy. Always love arriving to find a lovely clean home (and they make a fuss of my dogs) and our office is always of a very high standard and they are in and out before we arrive. We've been using Poppies for over a year now. Tracey and Paula have been absolutely brilliant and we've not had a bad experience yet. Any feedback is always addressed promptly and we've never had a day be missed - they always find a way to cover sickness or holidays which is really great for us! We have three cats and a very(!) lively dog so I bet our house is not exactly a dream client house but our regular cleaners have always been amazing with our pets and very patient. Thank you!

Andrew helped my son with exam question practice for the last 5 months of his A-Level Maths. He is extremely laid-back and calm which was exactly what my son needed. He does the exam question at the same time as the student so they can compare methods and when the student gets stuck, they can understand what they needed to do next but still carry on under their own steam. I definitely heard 'I didn't understand that before but I get it now' more than once. The A-level is finished now but my son was calm throughout the papers and I'm sure that had a lot to do with the weekly practice with Andrew. Just have to wait for the result now!

I came here desperately seeking help following a hair disaster at home after being coloured elsewhere. Sarah was lovely and pointed me in the direction of Natasha as she was fully booked. Natasha managed to get me in the same day for colour correction and I can honestly say I have not liked my hair this much in a very very long time. She was very precessional and attentive making sure I was comfortable, happy and had a drink throughout. The whole process took around 5 hours however I could not be happier.
