Really packed & busy place. Credit to the staff who manage it all very well. The staff here are amazing: engaging, courteous, accommodating & friendly.
The food is nice, although a little hit and miss sometimes. Some dishes are great. Always great quality however with some dishes the flavour isn't quite there. Still, we will be back again. Car parking can be an issue as its quite small for the size of the restaurant. Overall a positive experience, worth a visit.

Bobby goes above and beyond every time we visit! All staff are attentive to detail and are so welcoming! I’ve been coming here for 20 years and I’ve received the same level of service from day one. A great place for a celebratory dinner with friends/ family or a romantic meal for two. Grappolos caters for all!
Absolutely perfect! The staff were amazing, I had my 14 month old with me and they entertained him for a little bit so I could eat. Really friendly and the food and atmosphere was fantastic. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to go back!
