First visit and definitely won't be the last! What a gem of a place. I'd forgotten how much I liked Horsforth. We booked for a late Sunday lunch at 4pm. We arrived early and were seated straight away. Friendly, personable young man waited on our table. We had 2 courses, drinks and coffee. 'Hollyflower Cheese' was absolutely scrummy.😋 Restaurant not too busy. Great music in the background. Thank you.😋

What an absolute gem of a place. Great food, lovely staff, and fantastic value for money. Strongly recommend a few things, including the baked camembert board, the chicken and egg (which was utterly incredible - so many flavours and textures), and the lobster croquettes. We had five sharing plates, a dessert each, and a cocktail each. Came to £100. Absolute bargain for the quality.

Taken aback by this wonderful treat! A warming and inviting environment with an intimate table/bar dining, wonderful menu and all the food, wine and cocktails we had were superb. Excellent value for money too- bonus!

Great place for people with multiple disabilities. Things like arts and crafts, gardening, also have a cafe where people can work with the help of there staff

Love this place. It's quite hard finding vegan cafés and restaurants. I like to take a different friend each time and introduce them to delicious vegan food. Today we tried cabbage and parsnip soup and pancakes, with a green tea and a decaf tea with oat milk. Both meals superb. Can't wait to go again.

Generous cake portions. We popped in for a slice of cake and drink. I had coconut and mango cake which was lovely and the portions were huge. The coffee was equally delicious. Good value and good service

Gem of a cafe. Warm welcome and great service. Seating downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs is light and airy and upstairs has some lovely trees painted on the walls. I felt spoilt for choice with both sweet and savoury dishes. I went for the scrambled tofu, which was both plentiful and delicious. If I lived close by I would definitely be a regular here.

Visited for lunch, it took me ages to decide as I wanted to try everything on the menu! In the end I chose the Power bowl, I was not disappointed. Fresh, tasty, vibrant and full of goodness. The iced caramel latte also hit the spot on this warm sunny day. I left feeling nourished and satiated. Friendly staff. Dog friendly cafe.

Pass this place often and today decided to call in . Pleasantly surprised by the long driveway and hedged roadside !! Saw a car park on the left and drove in . There were several disabled parking bays . I noticed too that there were cars parked nearer the buildings and due to showery on off weather ventured down the narrow track . Whilst it s true there are a further 3 disabled bays outside the building space is a bit tight . It leads to the farm so you have to turn around here and space is a little limited for a small minibus! However I got in and was able to unload out of the back of my vehicle . There has been a lot of changes since I last came here !! I saw that there was now a cafe as well as a restaurant on site . I only really wanted a tea and a look see so went into the cafe . The door is wide enough for a wheelchair but is not automatically opened .Once inside there was space down the centre for me and this led to a small annexe with glass walls with a view onto a central courtyard. There were a few tables in there and room for my chair . It’s clean modern and the cake was lovely . Great place I have found if not requiring the restaurant itself .

My wife and I visited yesterday afternoon and enjoyed a lovely meal in a very pleasant relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, the restaurant and toilets were immaculately clean and the food was excellent. We brought home some delicious cakes from the farm shop for a family treat. Top mark's! And to know that the profits are going to such a good cause is a bonus. May God bless you all and continue to provide all that you need.

As regular customers, it is great to be able to go into Truly Scrummy based on Town Street Horsforth and sit down to eat and drink. We recently went for lunch and it was great to see all the staff again after 3 lockdowns. The menu was familiar, and we ordered the fruit smoothies x 2 and New Yorkshire Deli x 2. Delicious tasty and good. Great service. They don't call it Truly Scrummy for nothing absolutely scrummy. There is a good choice of fresh cakes, well cooked, full of fantastic flavours, and simply scrumptious.Highly recommended. Excellent customer service.

Been a few times to this place. Very enticing when walking past with the fridges filled with yummy cakes/ tray bakes and savoury goods. Stopped for a coffee today with my best friend and my baby. Plenty of room for the pram and very accessible. Lovely inviting staff who were attentive and eager to help listing off all the yummy cakes in the window. Great service and lots of choice. I had a dark chocolate millionaire slices and black Americano. Have also had a breakfast here before which was delightful, the chutney that came with it was amazing!

Great cafe. Quite a few tables. Nice atmosphere. A few little bits to help keep the kids entertained, like books. The menu is quite small but what they do they do well. It’s really nice food. Good quality ingredients, some menu choices a little different. The quiche and sausage rolls look good. The staff are very friendly.

It felt like a family gathering when I entered the place with mums and children present. I had soup and a sandwich. The soup was very tasty with a hint of spice. Great service with a smile. Great atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to be asked if I had any dietary requirements which can be rare at times. Will be returning after the owners get back from their holiday ☺️

This is a delightful coffee shop. The staff are pleasant and kind, and the coffee is really good. I especially liked the different cookies and cakes that they sold. I would definitely come back.

Amazing coffee shop in Horsforth! Recently moved to Horsforth and thought we'd try this shop on our walk out. The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The coffee tasted great, much better than the usual chain stores. And the croissant/doughnut I hate was unbelievable! So tasty and sweet. 100% will be making this a regular stop.

The people who work there are very nice, polite and so friendly. The food is so good and the prices are very good.

They have best fresh food. I went there with my mom and my friend, the owner made unforgettable day for us. Such a lovely man with polite son made us best falafel . Recommend them 100% .

Exceptional chicken and halloumi gyros. We were given fresh falafel samples whilst we waited for our food, also absolutely delicious! Looking forward to going back and trying the samosa’s, Persian sausage, and more falafels.

First time visiting today & Hossein was extremely welcoming! We opted for chicken gyros 🥙 & falafel and wow! Everything was so fresh & authentic. The best falafels we’ve had! Next time, we’re definitely trying to Persian sausage & samosas!

Always great service and delicious, freshly cooked food for a great price. The menu has such a wide range too, with something for everyone. The samosas in particular were amazing!

It's one of my favourite places! Reasonable price: Food is always exceptional. Service is always bang on. Waiting times are short, and they even accommodate what they don't have on a menu such as a breakfast wrap (See pictures below), which was very well nearly done. Highly reccomend this place. Keep up the good work

Went there today , nice staff who are always happy to help & serve you. Had a lovely full English breakfast with extra toast & a cup of coffee. The food was delicious & I didn’t wait long either. Will definitely go again & would definitely recommend for others to try , you won’t be disappointed.

Called in for a lunch bite. Welcoming staff and pleasant service. I had poached eggs, bacon and avocado on wholemeal toast. A dish I’ve had many times in many places. For me this dish was perfect: perfect poached eggs, lovely seasoning on my avocado, tasty bacon and tasty toasted bread. Someone in the kitchen can cook, well done.👏

Great coffee and food. It gives off a bit of a greasy spoon vibe (as you do go away smelling of cooking). The coffee is really good though, the staff are attentive and the food is cooked well. It's also very reasonably priced. If they gave it a really good clean and invested in a better extraction fan, I'd give it a 10/10. I just hate the smell of cooking so it lets it down for me. But I'm just picky so don't let that put you off if it's something that doesn't bother you.

Well this is my new favourite coffee shop. Firstly, all the staff are super nice, friendly and funny. The flat white is spot on. The food is inventive and delicious, I had the New Yorker sandwich. The atmosphere is right up my street, great design, love the artwork. Cool vibe.

What an amazing gem of a place!! The food was incredible the atmosphere definitely had Friday vibes and the staff were super friendly… It was the extra touches and attention to detail that set this place above others and I would highly recommend. First visit on a Monday afternoon having driven passed for ages and wanting to visit. Cute cafe and deli offerings. Lunch menu is varied, but also manageable and filling portions for a light lunch. I bought 2 slices of cake to take awake, which went down well. Would like to visit for breakfast as well since other reviewers mentioned the poached eggs.

The cafe is lovely and the staff seem very friendly. The breakfast was good although my poached eggs weren't even warm, however my friend was very happy with her choice of food. I chose not to say anything about the food being cold as it was incredibly busy and the wait time was a lot longer than expected. We also bought some goodies from the little deli too. All in all, I would go back and try again.
