Charlotte has put on a jumbo breakfast on her Xmas menu and it was fabulous and belly filling for ÂŁ15. Faultless. Proper Heinz and HP on offer + proper butter for toast. I had mine without the fried bread. A brekkie that will fill you for the day. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent. Good variety on the menu all at such a reasonable price but without compromising the quality of food which was super tasty and importantly HOT! Itâs not always easy to find a decent coffee but the Cappuccino was excellent. My little girl was over the moon with her Deluxe hot chocolate! The cafe even has a small selection of games and books for the little ones and big ones! We will Definitely be back

Had a brilliant breakfast at the bridge cafe this morning. The full English does not disappoint. Fantastic value for money for ÂŁ10 and massive portions with unlimited toast. Food items are great quality. Old school interior like cafes used to be. Spotlessly clean very quick service and really friendly staff. Lots of locals dropping in that are obviously regulars. You must try it we are definitely coming back.

Our second visit to this lovely cafe, to try their new outdoor area! We enjoyed pancakes and coffees while the boys fed the ducks through the glass balcony that backs onto the canal, there are duck food cones available to purchase! We have two energetic boys and this was just the best place to take them, the service is always lovely here too. Reasonably priced and always a warm welcome âşď¸ will definitely be back again!

Brilliant spot to eat. I have been here a couple times recently after going for a walk. First of all the staff are lovely and welcoming. The variety of food is great and i ended up choosing off the specials. I had a Korean pork belly and beef burger which was 10/10, canât recommend highly enough. Iâve also been before and had the breakfast skillet which is also a great fry up. All the food is well priced and good portions. Thanks

Had a lovely brunch here with my wife and our friend. Fantastic welcome from the attentive and friendly staff. Menu is broad but not overwhelming, with options for all tastes. Coffee is high quality and made for those who appreciate a very good cup. Food was made by people who care about flavour and pesentation, and you can see and taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The service was quick and easy, and felt tended to, but not pressured. Atmosphere is lovely, with super chill music and pleasant decoration. Overall; clean, tasty, sensible prices and lovely people. Will 100% go back.

Very much enjoy a lunchtime visit to Nom. It ticks all the boxes. Excellent menu & food, outstanding friendly service, relaxed atmosphere & usually. . . .rather cool music selection playing. Definitely recommend a visit if in the area.

Been 4/5 times and always had a lovely meal- the specials change regularly and always have a good selection. Itâs quite a small place so would recommend booking as itâs very popular and does fill up. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The kimchi tofu rice is fantastic and the Italian eggs were great. They also do a lovely pumpkin spiced latte that can be made either standard or iced (good for me as I love iced drinks!) must visit when in slawit

Halal Kurdish Cafe Kids and I were trying to find a place for a quick lunch whilst waiting for our train. We stumbled across Mood Cafe in town centre close to train station. As we sat down I was pleasently surprised that it was a halal food place. The joy when I realised I could order whatever I wanted without hesitation was lovely. I went for a toastie that had turkey bacon and cheese. Girls had just cheese toasties. Food was prepared fresh and came wrapped in foil which became really handy for us as we had to rush out because our train came early! The owner was so accomadating and friendly, he offered to put our hot drinks into take away cups and gave us a bag for all our toasties! Bonus point for that! The desserts all looked home made and I wish I had time to try some. Will definitely have to pop in to do so. My daughters thoroughly enjoyed their hot chocolates as they got to have halal marshamllows on top đ Kurdish tea was nice with the spices but I would have appreciated it more if it wasnât brewed in the cup with a tea bag. Overall the place had a lovely vibe. Enjoyed our quick visit. Definitely would pop in again

The cutest shop I have come across! I have been looking for a Spanish latte everywhere in Huddersfield and this is the only place I was able to find. The Spanish latte was 10/10!! Service was also excellent. Will be returning for the Spanish latte and to try the food.

Lovely place for brunch Waiting times can be long at times and cannot prebook but when possible we always wait Service has always been amazing especially the lady who tends to be front of house (white lady with black hair always tied back) she is soo welcoming!

Fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Simple and well decorated food. Not too fency food but just simple and fresh. They did great job in service. Polite and caring. Only down I felt - was a bit too expensive compared to the experience and the location + the prices are without VAT on the menu (pretty rare in the UK). Make sure you make some percentage extra on the bill.

Consistently first class service, food and drinks. A huge range of tea, which is served in a proper pot! Always served promptly and hot, even when busy. Thereâs a lovely friendly lady who must be the manager. She is on always the ball and accommodating.

The menu looked simple but when the food arrived oh wow! It not only looked good but it tasted amazing. I could taste good quality . The seating was good. Met with a few friends for breakfast. A bit pricier but sometimes it's good to pay a bit more to eat nice and good quality food. I hope they serve fried eggs in future or otherwise I can't go with my children.

What a lovely little cafĂŠ. The coffee is the best Iâve tasted, It is roasted on site & a variety of coffee beans are available to buy, therefore I went home with two bags so I can enjoy the coffee again at home. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just right. I will definitely return again very soon. Thank you to all the lovely, friendly staff. This is a family run Coffee bar and they are very passionate, which comes across to their customers. âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸

Visited today from out of area. Ordered a selection of 4 italian pastries, 4 cakes and 2 large coffees. Very good value at ÂŁ24. Victoria sponge was amazing as was the red velvet cake. Bakewell tart equally good. Personally the coffee and walnut cake needed more icing but was very nice. And a very nice coffee which was massive rather than large!

We called over to âSlawitâ and as we walked along the canal spotted on the other side a vibrant lively cafe called Northern Sole. We were curious to see what âstreet foodâ offerings were available. We chose a âRude boyâ and a Mac and cheese with Chorizo- WOW - great tasting food and very reasonably priced. We had the option to dine inside or outside as they are very dog friendly. Luke and the team were attentive to all our needs and Roxyâs too, we can only give them a five star review for a perfect visit!

Me and my two children and my friend and her two children visited today for some lunch and the staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating! We took up a lot of space with our double prams but they made sure we were as comfortable as possible and seated us straight away. The food was amazing as always and a great vegan variety to choose from too. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to all working today!

While out on a walk we came across this cafe by the canal, and what a lovely place! It was great from the minute we arrived, greeted by the staff with a smile, great coffee, ordered a fried egg and mushrooms in a brown teacake with brown sauce and it did not disappoint at all, devoured it completely and savoured every bite, highly recommended đđ˝đŤśđ˝

Every time I come back to Huddersfield I always make sure to visit Arcade. The food is delicious and they have many great vegetarian options, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and their hot chocolate is one of the best in the UK as itâs made with real chocolate. I cannot recommend this place enough itâs a lovely little independent eatery inside Byram Arcade.
