Incredible visit to Godalming Gail's today. The staff were excellent, especially Riley and Alex who were extremely patient and helpful when we were deciding what to get. The food was delicious, and complimented perfectly by the velvety hot chocolates. Overall, our visit was outstanding and we will definitely be returning in the future.
Good coffee and tea, lovely food especially the baked eggs and avocado on toast, nice cakes but not the best as some are a bit dry and if I'm honest tasteless but there are some that are absolutely delicious. It's a good cafe, probably the best in the high street the only problem is the prices, it's just not that good to command the prices they do and it stops it being an every morning stop. I will be stopping in here every now and again though.
Great place, original and distinctive food. Very modern and trendy although not exactly Cosy. Very reasonably priced.
Gluten-free options available here. Savoury (squash and sage slice was excellent) and sweet, no flour chocolate cake (not tried yet)
