The best value cafe in south east London run by the nicest people! Our favourite place for a (bargain) sausage sandwich and coffee after parkrun or junior parkrun.

A bit basic but coffee was hot and strong, cafe had been closed over Xmas and new year. Service was very quick and I served by a very polite Japanese lady.

Our regular spot! The loveliest staff who are always sweet and friendly. Often give out free doggy treats! Lots of tasty cafe snacks and great coffee. Vegan options on the cakes and coffees, even gluten free cakes! Cannot recommend it enough. The perfect stop on a dog park walk for some cosy comfort.

I visited this cafe several years ago, on holiday (we live in the United States). This was my first time in London, and I was so thoroughly impressed with the menu, the homey decor, and the friendly, prompt, and welcoming service. The tea was excellent, as was the egg mayo sandwich and scone. Highly recommend! The view from the park is lovely, too, especially if weather permits sitting outside.

Great little cafe, with quite a large selection of the menu. Not too expensive and a very relaxed chilled atmosphere.

I had a roast beef lunch on Sunday with friends. This was absolutely delicious and perfectly portioned meal. Highly recommend to try the Sunday roast 😋

The good is delicious and if you are a fan of Only Fools & Horses, you will love it! If not just sit near the front. I had a baked potato and it was delicious 😋

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s a great little place - clean , friendly well priced and great English breakfast - I haven’t tried the other dishes yet but I’m sure it would be nice too

Really lovely staff. Popped in for breakfast after picking some gammon up from butchers. They had father Christmas there, my daughter was treated to a little hello and made to feel special. Great breakfast too.

Been coming here for a few years now. Place is always buzzing, friendliest cafe I’ve ever been in. Only fools and horses playing on loop in the background, classic. Can’t beat the Big boy breakfast and a butterscotch tart👍

I’ve been coming here for over a year, and absolutely love the coffee + the team! Always greeted with a smile which is a great way to start the day! They really know what they’re doing when it comes to coffee, and it shows ✨

Quality coffee with rich notes of hazelnut. Cute little shop. Looking forward to try the pastries and food too. — Walked a little further to get here again because I am too early for training and the cafe I want to sit in is full. Still one of the best latte I’ve had in London. Intensely nutty. Perhaps I should get a loyalty card by now. Windy, but not bad to enjoy some sunshine :)

Twinkle Twinkle little star! A what a great surprise from such a small space!!! This cozy stop-over, take away, foodie heaven place, is full of good energy, great coffee & some very fresh and tasty snacks. Full of things to buy for your house or as gift, I was really holding myself not to spend extra money for my Xmas gifts. Some great ideas there. Full of great artistic objects, nice graphics and great aesthetics. So happy to have you in the neighbourhood little star!

Came to this beautiful boutique coffee/tea shop on a Sunday with a couple of friends. What a lovely surprise! The coffee is delicious, and cannot recommend the mocha and black sesame cake enough. The artistic ambience is also calming and relaxing. It is a gem I selfishly want to keep it to myself. Highly recommended if you are tired of the chain coffee shops and want to try something unique.

A warm and inviting cafe, perfect for a relaxing coffee break. Their selection of carefully chosen beans and exquisite Chinese teas are top-notch. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable to help with my order. I highly recommend their madeleines—they're soft, buttery, and absolutely delicious. My favourite was the jasmine one, must try! The banana cake with walnut is also fantastic, baked to perfection. Everything is prepared with such attention to detail and quality. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates great coffee, fine tea, and superb baked goods!

Great service. Warm welcome Staff and they know their products well. We ordered matcha latte, honey red bean latte and crabbed the last piece of red bean cake. Highly recommend! It is a cozy place to catch up with friends.

Stopped here on a charity cycle ride from London to Poole. What an amazing pitstop for 15 minutes. Internally, the cafe is incredibly cosy, with a quintessential English feel to it, in a quiet, bucolic setting. When it comes to cakes, they offer all the classics, and by the taste of the granola bar I ordered, I reckon they have the recipes bang on. I also noticed a wide selection of teas, which I will have to try next time. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area and “gasping for that cuppa!”

Amazing place , amazing staff and I love coming here. Have been there before as well. This time reached after 3 pm so food options were limited . So we tried hot chocolate and scones and loved both. Fruit Scone was really really nice. Next time I will try the cheese scone :)

I ordered a panini with eggs, bacon and cheese and it was pretty fulfilling, I couldn’t finished it. The hot chocolate was perfect (not so sweet). And the service was nice as well.

My favourite cafe given the great options for food and drinks. The staff are lovely, and work hard as they can even when there is a line out the door. If you don’t mind being patient then it’s worth the wait on the busier days :)

The coffee and pastries are great. The staff is ... well extremely slow to serve. It seems that whatever they are doing is done in slow motion. The location is great. Coffee prices are fine too. Recommended if you have time to wait in line for a long time on busy days.

This is a delightful oasis in the hustle and bustle of London. As you walk there you begin to notice the quiet - then you turn the corner and you are faced with top notched baked goods coffee/tea. Very friendly service and a nice place to sit and unwind.

Fantastic place for cyclists to stop for a cup of coffee and a snack, or a full on brunch. Plenty of seats outside and 2 floors inside. There is a place to park bikes outside, too! Plenty of room all in all and no need to book in advance. Wide selection of cakes, pastries, scones and sandwiches, salads, what have you. Absolutely everything was delicious, and I loved your porridge. Thanks a lot, will definitely be back!

Lovely food and coffee in a beautiful old building. Upstairs there are sofas. Be aware that the staircase is a bit steep and there are low beams. We have been here a few times and I would recommend their pancakes. The atmosphere is great however if you go in the winter, make sure you wrap up warm as it is a very old building and the heating isn’t great. In the summer, they do also have a bit of outdoor space. I would definitely recommend.

What an incredible, yet somewhat accidental find! Pinnocks is the most wonderful little cafe in the heart of Ripley. I wanted only to find a quick cup of coffee but what I found was an exquisite beamed ceiling and slate tiled floor, lovely farmhouse tables, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful foods, perfect for a light lunch. There’s the gentle hum of conversation, a fresh produce delivery brought through… and what I was offered was not just a cup of coffee…At risk of sounding like a line from Rowan Atkinson in Love Actually…. This is SO much more than a cup of coffee! There are 7 different beans to choose from depending on your ‘roast’ preference. I chose Ethiopian and received a mug… Normally I prefer a cup, (because I’m a fan of delicate drinking!) but this wasn’t a chunky hunk of china. It was plastic and yet it didn’t detract from the coffee taste at all. Absolutely delicious! I cannot think of a better place to escape from the rain and enjoy an hour or so…I might be coming back for tea…

This is an excellent all round coffee shop snack bar, this is a takeaway / eat out coffee shop with outside dining for customers. There is parking available. If it’s to cold outside, you can get a delivery with deliveroo. Excellent friendly staff.

Just visited for the first time whilst walking my dog....so fab that a coffee place is open this early (7.30am) that I can grab a hot drink and go for a dog walk at the same place before work. Lovely coffee, pastries and very friendly staff
