Can't fault the hotel at all. Staff are amazing, room was lovely, bars and restaurants were great too. Also loved the spa. Would 100% return x

I just left after a two week stay in a suite over Christmas and new years. This was one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in and I was very sad to leave. The staff, cleanliness and design/decor is all of the highest quality. The walls, the floor, art work… no expense spared. The food is first class and the housekeeping staff are thorough. Visited The Orchid Tea Room for afternoon tea, and it’s beautiful. Halal and they refill sandwiches! The staff were attentive and kind, always refilled the water cup and readily available to help. The pianist was amazing, really set the atmosphere and played really well. The afternoon tea it self was lovely. Personally wasn’t a fan of 2 of the sandwiches but that’s because of preference, they were ok but not to my taste. The rest of it was great and was made really well. Would def recommend to try once.

Had the most amazing experience of this beautiful hotel and Spa for a special occasion. I booked over the phone and spoke with Vicki who was so helpful and amazing, explained all the treatments available at the spa and what to expect for our day. She also welcomed us on arrival and made us feel very special. Had a fantastic massage by Petra, just what I needed. Would highly recommend the Spa day, can’t wait to book again. Amazing facilities, staff and gorgeous grounds.

A fabulous stay! The staff were truly wonderful, and went out of their way to support us as guests. The hotel was still dressed for Christmas and looked magical. The room was luxurious, yet homely, the food was of a very high standard, even at the bar, and the spa was very relaxing, with plenty of options available for all to enjoy. In particular, I cannot thank the reception staff enough..
