Three of us had a lovely Sunday lunch here today. We were welcomed and served by Andy who was very polite, helpful and attentive. It was checked immediately if any of our party had any allergies. We each ordered a different menu choice; roast pork, roast beef and the mushroom wellington. The food arrived quickly and was perfect temperature. We all agreed on how great the taste, quality, quantity and presentation of each meal was. We highly recommend this pub and will definitely return. Thank you Andy
Attended the Wheatsheaf on the eve of a wedding. Everyone agreed that it was an excellent choice. Standard pub classics across a wide menu, executed to a really good standard. We were served by Lydia May who was really friendly and professional. Not a single issue across an order for 8 of us. Very good value and pricing. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were wonderful, the service very good. The manager (Andy) was exceptional. All staff were warm, friendly, efficient, and really engaged with the customers.
The buffet served in the party I attended was incredibly good, and the lunch I had earlier in the day was too.
Highly recommended.
