A lovely little cafe which we stopped in for a quick bite. The five of us ordered a sweet and a savoury cream tea, two cheese toasties and the salmon and a cream cheese bagel. All were really tasty and everyone was happy with their choice. The savoury cheese scone I had was lovely and warm with delicious cream cheese and onion chutney. The cafe has a single toilet which included baby changing facilities. There is no specific parking for the cafe but there are spaces on the street and there is a large car park on the sea front about 100 yards away. We do not live locally but will definitely return when we are back in the area again. We highly recommend it.

I was very impressed with every aspect of this cafe. All the staff were really quite young, yet the service they provided was excellent. I was very impressed with the way they engaged with the customer. The food was equally good and I'd be happy to visit again anytime. Wishing you all good luck for the future.

Visit around every two months with mum. It’s a busy lively place and helpful staff. We had a superb cream tea for mum’s birthday. I am vegetarian and was very pleased that they ask you what you want in your sandwich when you get there. (Doorstep bread, very tasty and generous). Also can choose your own cake from their daily selection. One red velvet and one carrot cake for us, both yummy. Too much for mum so she took some home, box supplied, no problem. Lovely warm scones too and. An alternative drink for me as I don’t drink tea or coffee. Absolute bargain I thought and look forward to more visits. Their soups and toasties all good too.

Free parking and nice clean cafe. Good value for money meals and a nice coffee. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. They cater for children Come for the views if you like aircraft.

An excellent little cafe which overlooking the Solent Airport. We were lucky to arrive when a Spitfire was about to take off. There is also a great playground viewing area outside. Oh and also the small but perfectly formed menu provides a great selection of Breakfasts and brunches with full range of hot drinks.

We love it here. Always a brilliant visit, delicious food, lovely staff and plenty of aircraft to watch.

This is a must visit. Good selection of food and hot drinks, some cold drinks available. Staff really friendly and helpful. This place is clean and there is plenty of free parking. I would recommend a visit.

Visited on a rare day off work last week & decided to treat myself. Two lovely ladies served me with my coffee & cake. The cake was deliciously moist with a not-too sweet coffee buttercream filling/topping. Sat inside to read my book but there are tables outside as well. All clean - no 'sticky table, etc from perfunctory wiping as in some places. Thoroughly recommended. Have taken a loyalty card for my next day off.

If I have a day off I go to the spotted cow. It has gorgeous food freshly prepared and the best coffee you can buy. The staff are exceptionally friendly and clearly take pride in the cleanliness of the cafe. It's a wonderful addition to lee ❤️

Food tasty and really reasonably priced. Very child friendly and staff friendly and attentive.

Nice and tidy beach with a lots of car park spaces around. Small splash park for the kids as well as playground so kids can spend nice time. Opposite the beach there is a Tesco, nice cafe with really tasty ice creams. This is nice place to practice paddle boarding and kayaking. Good place to spend time with friends and family.

Great to walk doggies. Plenty of seating and flat surface walking. Perfect for wheelchairs. Ideal time for swimming one hour after low tide. Some seaweed occasionally.

Lovely long strip to walk along the coastline. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Honesty book stand near carpark with loads books for all reading genres. Will definitely go back for many day outings.

This is a wonderfully quiet beach which belies its close proximity to Gosport and Portsmouth. It offers great views across to the Isle of Wight. There is plenty of free, unrestricted car parking but in side streets - not the seafront which is metered.

Wow. What a lovely place. Food absolutely delicious. It was our first visit, & we was not disappointed. After walking around the seafront trying to find somewhere to have a cupper & a bite to eat, that’s wasn’t too expensive and food was worth the money. We found Kathy’s. On entering you got a lovely warm friendly welcome. Then you could see all the freshly baked goods on display. & priced. We couldn’t decided on what to have. So we had a Bbq chicken pastries & chicken & bacon sandwich & nachos and we both shared, As it looked so yummy.. . A good portion and tasted absolutely delicious . Then we. Couldn’t take our eyes off all the lovely cakes on display. So we shared a slice of the cherry & coconut cake. This was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning. It was really nice to have a good selection of homemade goods on display. All absolutely yummy.

Excellent addition to the seafront. Vast array of pastries and cakes. They also have an impressive selection of seafood as well. Tea and coffee looked good, traditional tea pot/set. Only slight criticism was that vinegar wasn’t offered with the seafood.

We found this place during our weekend getaway and it's the best spot to stop for a great coffee, great food and beautiful sea views. Widely recommended. Veg and gluten free options are a plus across the menu.

Bayside Cabin is such a lovely place to go, the food is fab and the staff are so friendly, a lovely outlook to the sea and a great place to go for a walk along the beach too.

Visited this cute little cafe for a funeral/wake and the conservatory area was lovely. Spacious, clean, comfy chairs and large tables. The bar was well stocked and the food laid on was simple but lovely. Hope to bring my children back here one day to show them round all my family’s favourite haunts. Staff were friendly and attentive. Car park adjacent and you can’t complain about the sea view!

Place was very busy when we arrived, which while can be annoying as a customer also shows how popular this place is with everyone. Buffet breakfast was just as yourld expected and enjoyed all i had. Service only lost a star as there really isn't any. You get told to order at the bar, which you do, and that's the last you ever see of anyone.

We booked for a family festive get together. There was 30 of us mix of children and adults. I can honestly say it was a real pleasure, we pre ordered our food which was ideal and this was checked again on the day. The food was lovely, all the staff and service was brilliant and Tracey the manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this to anyone for a get together and we will define back. Thank you!

We have just had our 8 year olds pizza making party here, and I would definitely give it 10/10!! Our party host Vicky was superb! Kept 12 children 7-12yrs engaged and all the children had lots of fun. Would definitely recommend it. Vicky didn't let me do anything, which was great 😃

This is a great little kiosk, selling ice creams, snacks, chips and a limited range of hot food. Perfect if you're on the beach or walking the promenade.

Lovely location only had ice cream but looks like a good and well run eatery.

Lovely little place in a great location. Great in the summer. We went here in the windy weather and it was closed today but you can see the stones all over the car park. Becareful in storms at this car park. But do come when the weather is good. The beach is great for swimming all times of the day

Love this little place! I come to monks hill to swim every Sunday and treat myself to a hot chocolate and some sausage and chips afterwards. Always yummy and hot, perfect after a cold swim!
