Probably the best Costa I have visited. The lady that served me was welcoming, friendly and catty. Overall a very good experience.
During my recent visit to the Costa Coffee branch near Mile End, I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a drink on the app, and was impressed by how quickly the drink was made. There is a good number of seats here and the store was tidy.
The customer services are very nice serving me when I asked about a cake. I asked them it contains cinnamon or not because I don’t like the taste but i appreciated them when they checked the ingredients properly and asked me about the allergy. Also, the vibe is nice to study and enjoyable!!
Having a coffee shop on my way to university was such a bonus especially for 9am classes. I was able to order from my phone with the app and it was ready to collect from the shop. Loved that app service! The only reason I give it 4 is because of the cleanliness of the bathroom and the delay in queues due to slow customer service but other than that it's a nice warm place to sit and relax.
