The coffee, brownies, plates, cups, teapots and service are all excellent. Even better if you manage to grab a seat by the window, a 10/10 people watching situation. The ceiling is pretty too. Thank you 👌✨

It was a really charming place, just so packed and it wasn't really the vibe that we were looking for, personally. I can look at it from an objective standpoint though and see that it's a really unique café with expertise and specialism. I give it one extra star because I have to give it the benefit of the doubt. Definitely worth a visit!

A quaint little cafe with a warm and comfy atmosphere, with friendly staff and excellent brews to pair! Loved the tinto, and the latte and flat white that my parents had were great too. Perfect to sit and chat over a cup of coffee!

Fantastic Coffee, I come here often! Great, experienced baristas and a 'close to the bean' coffee shop that cares about ethical coffee. Some original coffee creations and coffee specials from Colombia to try, too! The vibes are usually busy with people catching up 121 everywhere, really nice. Seating could be a bit more comfy, but I guess that's how you know it's good coffee? :) Staff is always soooo wonderful, so for this review I asked them for a little photo, too.

I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed break in the heart of the city. I was served by Linda, who was friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The highlight of my visit was definitely the Vanilla Dulce cake – it was absolutely delicious. The flavour was rich and creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness, making it the perfect treat.

We popped in on a Friday afternoon. There was an amazing range of cakes in the window. I think they are slightly chilled as the snickers cake I had was really fresh and moist, not heavy at all. Coffee and tea was served in lovely little pots. We will be going again and dragging more friends!

I recently had breakfast at this lovely restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. I opted for the Italian breakfast and a cream cheese bagel with avocado and halloumi—and both of them were absolutely refreshing, freshly cooked, and satisfying. I also tried the old-fashioned chocolate cake, which was rich and yummy, though I wasn’t a fan of the jam in it. The ambience was beautiful, with pop music playing softly in the background, making it a delightful experience overall. A special mention to Linda, who served us with a warm smile and excellent attention to detail. Definitely worth a visit!

Went here for Sunday brunch with friends. Although there was a 20 minute queue outside, we stood in the shade and were entertained by the engaging Louie. Food was lovely, great portion sizes for a reasonable price. Excellent decor as well. Would definitely visit again!

Went for breakfast twice in a week !! Amazing breakfast (fluffy delicious pancakes and eggs) , nice coffee and refreshments, quick service ! Friendly staff ,Tassos and Stella (our new Greek friends) and the guy with long curly hair (can’t remember his name😆) made the experience even better ! Totally recommend it !!

Our first English breakfast experience in London and it has set the bar really high 💯 ⏰ arrived before 11 on a weekend and saw a queue that has already formed when we turned the corner to the cafe - but was promptly given a seat as were looking for a table for 2, and was fine with a table outside the cafe. 🪑 the seat was comfortable, peaceful with good views (managed to spot a McLaren too) The Full Monty was a huge meal, so much so we couldn’t put in any full meals for the rest of the day despite having walked over 20k steps.. Each ingredient was amazing in itself, and definitely had no complaints about it 💯 Grand Royale was good too, poached eggs were done perfectly, topped with muffins which was the first time I had it this way 👍🏻 ☕️ mocha was great too, good balance between the coffee and chocolate, we could immediately smell the greatness once it was served! Special shoutout to Louis, the man managing the queue and allocating seats - great character with amazing humour and service standards 👍🏻

I recently had breakfast at Bill's, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was tasty and nicely presented, with a traditional English feel to the ambiance which added a lovely touch to the meal. However, the dishes were served somewhat lukewarm, and I felt they could have benefited from a bit more seasoning. Despite that, it was still an enjoyable experience, and I'd consider going back for the cozy atmosphere.

Been living in Durham for 4 years, and flat white is always my favourite restaurant in Durham. Their pancake is just stunning, never failed to amaze me. Egg benedict and egg royale is also a must order as well. Every time they can deliver the same standard that i have been eating. They used to serve omelette few years ago, but not anymore, I really it can be on their menu again. We had a couple of drinks as well, strawberry milkshake, green smoothie, filter coffee, london fog, they are all spectacular.

Great place to have breakfast around Soho. You will find other coffee shops to get coffees, but tend to be busier than Flat White. Modern and kind staff, with great coffee options. I really recommend the avocado toast. The brownie is also amazing, but it’s very sweat (for me). It has tables outside where you can enjoy the street. You have also the chance to take away your breakfast.

In response to Jemma’s review… First off, Flat White is not a co-working space for people to use freely. If you're looking for that kind of environment, I’d suggest joining WeWork or paying for a membership at Soho House. The vibe at Flat White is centred around playing music that appeals to regulars like myself—people who come here to relax, enjoy good coffee, and soak in the atmosphere. Asking them to turn down the music goes against what the café is all about. If that's not your style, there are plenty of alternatives, such as Starbucks or other places that might better suit your preferences. As a regular, I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, which is one of the reasons I come back. Given my experience, it’s hard to believe the staff were rude to you unless something from your end contributed to that. In short, not every place is obligated to cater to individual tastes. It’s up to you to find a spot that suits your needs. Just because Flat White doesn’t align with your expectations doesn't mean it’s not a great establishment. Best of luck finding a place that works for you.

Really nice environment, nicely decorated and busy with live music playing. The food was nicely seasoned, especially the sweet potato chips. Only thing I slightly was upset about was the prices for the light plates, which were slightly overpriced.

Just got back from a month long trip to London and this was the best coffee my group and I had the whole trip. The spanish latte was especially good. The employees were very friendly and gave great service. They have limiseating upstairs but there is a lounge downstairs that is super cozy. Highly recommend this place.

A lovely run coffee shop, the coffee is delicious and always served hot. The staff are extremely friendly and always remember my name/ grind number and coffee order. I will continue to get my coffee here every morning. Highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely service.

At first we thought the place was full but then they brought us downstairs. The place is really cute and cozy. Both our drinks and the food were amazing. The portions were big and the prices justified. Also the staff was really friendly and did a good service. Would definitely recommend and I’d come back if I’ll visit London again!!

I came across this restaurant while looking for halal English breakfast options and I was pleasantly surprised. They've got all kinds of breakfast dishes, so you're bound to find something that suits you, and all plates have beautiful presentation. Although, the halal breakfast is slightly pricier than the normal one. The vibes of the place are trendy and urban, which would explain the queue outside waiting to try it lol. But I would warn those with sensory issues, and there are flickering fairy lights at the window (where I sat) which gave me a migraine, and I wouldn't recommend the window seat as it is a little cramped (unless you prefer that). Overall, it was a fulfilling breakfast, and I would definitely consider visiting again on my next trip.
