Delicious home cooked food. Very fresh and tasty. As if my grandmother cooked! Portions are huge you can eat a lot. Soup and lunch of the day costs only £14.50. very worth it. Truly recommend it!
I come at least once a month with my wife and we have always enjoyed every visit since the beginning. The food is always hot and cooked fresh, both the quality and portions are absolutely brilliant. If your looking for a proper homemade polish meal that’s tasty and filling, this is the spot.
Have been going to Bistro przy Rondzie since meeting my Polish partner and what a treat. Good size portion usually have to bring half home with me. absolute treat love going there.
Introduced by my Polish colleague, a former local resident who dined here regularly, I was initially skeptical. The place didn't look like much from the outside, more the kind of spot I'd typically walk past. However, the experience inside was a pleasant surprise – fantastic food and great service. What's not to love? I opted for the pork escalope with mash and three different coleslaws. The pork, sourced from Poland, was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. As my Polish colleague emphasized, any Pole will tell you that meat from Poland tastes distinctly different and, in their opinion, better than meat from the UK. This added authenticity truly enhances the culinary experience. A delicious meal, and I'm eager to return and explore the Hunter stew or the pork goilash next time. Very well priced so an added bonus when the bill arrives!
I'm not Polish, I've never been to Poland, but daaaaaaaaamn if I had a Polish grandmother- this is how her cooking would taste 😆 Had the escalopes last time, tried pork goulash last time... both dinner were incredible, and the mash potatoes were perfect. 10/10
