What a place!! Strong community vibe, super welcoming atmosphere and great cafe! Jerk chicken is bloodclart pussyclart serious! And is a great price at lunch hours during the week. Also has a good playground/ small pitches for kids and regular community events. The lady who runs the show is great! Not to be missed!

WOW I got the jerk chicken, rice, and coleslaw. I had the gal pick my meal and it turned out to be some of the best food I've ever had. It was flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. The serving size was huge and it was only £10- cheap by London standards. The atmosphere is so chill. It's run by a family and I felt incredibly welcome. They are warm people. No doubt I'll be back!

Amazing cafe, Valcie the cafe owner is a really down to earth person. Usually working alongside her husband and family members. Her Carribean food as well as toastie and teas are amazing!! There is a park baby park, kids park and Astroturf football pitch. It's all newly rebuilt and has a dynamic welcoming atmosphere! This park profits of the community so help it stay open by buying from the cafe and using it's facilities!

Rating: 4.6 (377) Price Level:

We went to PARISSI for coffee and cake and their offering was vast and it all looked so appealing! After a period of undecidedness we went for a slice of cheesecake and raspberry torte, both very good.

Lovely spot for coffee and brunch, with a really relaxed vibe inside and cute little back yard that gets the sun. The staff is lovely and really accommodating; there’s a good brunch menu, and the turkish eggs are a really good option on there - topped with a variety of herbs and seeds to add flavour and texture, plus the sourdough it’s served with is a lovely addition

Hands down our favourite neighbourhood cafe! The cakes and pastries are exquisite and some of the best in London in my opinion. The brunch selection is also great, good quality and hearty food made with great care and attention to details. We really love coming to Parissi!

Lovely small cafe in Brixton. Not many seatings, tables are kept for diners, but still can have coffee & cakes at the bar/window seatings. Nice atmosphere. Might visit again to try the brunch menu.

We ordered lemon & pistachio cake, greek-style egg pie and cheesecake. All are great and delicious! I also tried Cappuccino, it’s a bit acidic, sweet and strong in taste. Would definitely come again. The garden seating area is amazing under the sunlight!

Love this place, we've visited a few times for takeaway coffee and it's always been great. Today we stayed and had a coffee and cake. Great coffee as ever and the cake was delicious!!! Always impressed with staffs hospitality. One of the best coffee spots in Brixton.

I got a vanilla oat latte, the coffee was lovely. I would go back again as the venue itself was quite nice. Ideal for working!

Small local coffee house serving nice coffee made by welcoming staff. There was a good selection of cakes and pastries including vegan snacks. No problems when I wanted a soy latte. Though there are only four tables downstairs there is more seating upstairs. There is also a clean, unisex bathroom. I didn't ask about WiFi but there was good 5G on my phone and there was certainly no push to get people to leave after they had finished their drinks. I would certainly go back to this coffee shop if I am in the area.

Lovely coffee place with terrific food. The BLT wrap and veggie sandwich were quite amazing, and the coffee and chai tea my wife had were well made and tasty. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable and recommended some beans for making coffee at home. We will for sure go back.

This is my favourite coffee shop for overnight oats and a rich, well-balanced flat white. The coffee has a brightness that adds complexity and vibrancy to the flavour, with a smooth velvety texture that's such a friend of mine. While this coffee shop is a haven for families, the pre-school crowd can sometimes bring a bit of a lively atmosphere. If you're seeking a quieter experience, I would recommend to go after 9 am.

Very welcoming and warm owner, we had small convo when waiting for my order. Place has it's own vibe and would like to spend some time over there. Food was quite good, I like meat but trying to taste different cousine and meals. This one was a bit spicy, quite filling and tasty. Happy with it.

What an INCREDIBLE find! The coolest little spot in Brixton for amazing vegetarian/vegan food. With the amazing gentleman who freshly made our food, even if it wasn’t great I would have come again - yet the salmon and aubergine pancake was DELICIOUS! This place is not to go amiss. I’ll be back faster than you can say Katakata 🔥🔥

Apart from one table, this is bar seating (not like the photos), but the food and service were excellent. Based on other Google reviews, we went for one Lamb and one Chicken Shawarma, and they were absolutely knockout—so moist with perfectly crispy ends. The fresh salad and spicy rice complemented the meal perfectly. Highly recommend coming here for a reasonably priced, large portion of Shawarma!

Ahh, Sarava really knocked it out of the park with their crepes! I was at home craving something different and decided to try them after spotting their menu on Uber Eats. Wow, I was blown away by the quality! My crepe with asparagus and bacon was insanely good, so flavorful and perfectly made. I was over the moon happy with my meal and the garlic bread was absolutely delicious too! Thank you for such an amazing experience. I can’t wait to order again!

The staff here is really friendly and attentive, making the experience quite lovely. The food is okay, the portions are really big, so perfect if you’re hungry. Also the variety of crepes they have on the menu is incredible, so so many savoury ones, it was almost hard to choose. We went during lunchtime so it was quite quiet and we got served incredibly quickly.

Rating: 4.4 (1126) Price Level:

I just had some drinks at San Marino and couldn’t be happier with my experience there! Chris who was our host for the evening made myself and my friend the most delicious cocktails- the nicest cocktails I’ve had in a long time! And upon sharing that it was my birthday, himself and his colleagues surprised me with a slice of cake with a candle and sang happy birthday to me! This was so touching and kind! Thank you so much Chris and the team at San Marino for making my birthday extra special!

Carl made our night! What a kind, friendly and a characteristic soul. He was respectful to everyone we saw him interact with. It didn’t look like it was a job for him, it looked like he was genuinely enjoying himself - and that’s what makes a spot a spot. Big ups - will be returning.

Last time I went was in August 2023 with another friend! I was missing some Eggs Cumberland 🥰 Me and my friend went for some brunch today. It was a bit full but we managed to get a seat as they have quite a bit of space! It was also nice and warm inside. They do have outside seating which is great for the summer but maybe not as advisable in the current cold winter 😂 The food was good as per and the ambience is always great :)
