Won’t go anywhere else now, love the overall ambience here, the staff were all lovely too (Toni particularly, thank you so much for listening to what I wanted and delivering!). Can honestly say there was nothing I didn’t like and would highly recommend. First class service, you have a customer for life. Edited to add: second visit, Toni is just the best. We had such a laugh and I left feeling a million dollars. 100% the right decision to chop loads of hair off and wouldn’t have taken the plunge without Toni’s knowledge and expertise. I was still laughing about adding hair extensions the next day 😂 have had so many compliments on my hair so thank you again!

I have had various different treatments at Retreat and I can honestly say they have been INCREDIBLE. Not only that, the customer service is brilliant. Warm, welcoming and tranquil. Will be back soon!! Xxxx
