I had a wonderful haircut at Sterling Hair with the lovely Sarah. This was my first appointment and Sarah took the time to find out about what I wanted my hair to be like, listened and gave good advice about what would work. I’d made the booking months ago, before the lockdown and Sarah had remembered everything we discussed on the call about my hair which I thought was very impressive. Overall they gave better customer service and a better cut and colour than what I’ve experienced from other salons in the area, and at a lower rate. I love my new hair and I will be back!

Sarah at Sterling has looked after my hair for years. I always look forward to my appointment, she is so lovely & her knowledge is fantastic! She stays up to date with all the latest trends & is great to talk through any concerns or advise on those occasions you just don't know what to do & fancy a change! Fantastic salon, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Moving from another country makes it hard to find the right hairdresser again, but I have definitely found that at Elise Hair. Sarah (the Owner) is incredibly talented with colour, and I have walked out of that salon each time with exactly what I wanted. I love my hair because of her love and care for it. The rest of the Elise team are also amazing, and I would highly recommend this place.

Sarah has been totally amazing, from our first meeting , I new I was in great hands. When we first met she listened to my hopes and smiled @ and then explained my hair type and what we could do to achieve my desired affect. she explained everything she was doing and why, it was refreshing and i honestly didn't notice that 3 hrs had gone by, I was offered extra treatments for my hair, explaining how they would benefit my hair and cost Their was no hard sell, just professional opinion. I have since brought my 15 year old daughter To see Sarah as I trust her judgement completely my daughter was thrilled with the outcome.
