A couple weeks ago I went to the Studio to have a professional hair colour done for the first time and I could not have asked for a better experience. My stylist Evie was absolutely amazing, she asked me lots of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted and that’s exactly what she gave me! She did a beautiful red balayage and I have never loved my hair more. Evie was not only brilliant at her job but also just so lovely and comfortable to be around. She also gave me lots of advice on how to care for my wavy hair which I really appreciated. The time and money was so so worth it and I can’t wait to go back.

I had a lovely experience at the studio with Evie cutting and styling my hair, the whole salon is so welcoming and lovely. Evie was an amazing listener to what I wanted my hair to look like and the style. My hair is very thick and long and she made it so much easier to take care of and maintain, I do recommend her and the salon if you do struggle with new places as they made me feel so comfortable as soon as I arrived. I am very happy with Evie and will definitely be going there again.

After recently moving to Tunbridge Wells I have been on the look out for a new hairdressers, and after seeing the other great reviews for The Studio I was keen to try it out. My stylist's name was Seiko, who has recently joined the salon after working in London for a number of years. Seiko is lovely and I was so happy with the way that she cut and coloured my hair, she is clearly very experienced and is good at listening to what her clients want. Everyone who works at The Studio is very friendly which makes for a really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. If anyone is thinking about trying out a new hairdressers, I highly recommend a visit to The Studio.

I have had two appointments with Evie at The Studio and it’s safe to say I will not be going be using another hair stylist ever again. It is 100% the best hair cut and colour I have ever had. After a few lockdown mistakes using bleach then black box dye, Evie was able to lift my hair to a gorgeous caramel brown tone and styled it in a sophisticated bob. The salon is very professional but equally super welcoming, warm and a calm environment. Thank you Evie for the fab cut and colour, I cannot wait to come back for the next appointment!!!

Poppy is amazing at what she does! So knowledgable and so genuine, she always does what’s best for the client. She has done my hair extensions and I feel so much more confident with my hair I never used to wear my hair down and now I do all the time. Thank you Poppy! 10/10 would always recommend!

Poppy is incredible! This time last year I shaved my head and felt so so worried about how I looked, but with Poppy’s patience and genuine care she helped me realistically figure out what was possible for me to re-start my hair journey! I’d highly recommended Poppy, she’s very welcoming, professional and great at what she does. Her salon is clean, modern and well kept. Shes very careful even with damaged / fine hair, listens to your desired out come and delivers! Application of hair is always neatly sectioned off and grows out very well even with fine hair. Aseptic technique, spotlessly clean clinic, medical grade and safe products, Dr Christine listens to my concerns, recommends the most appropriate products. Excellent clear aftercare advice. After months of cancer treatment I was nervous visiting yet another medical practitioner but there was no need. Dr Christine is not only incredibly skilled and professional but she also has a wonderfully gentle and reassuring manner. She listens carefully and her excellent work reflects that. I've been going to Dr. Christine for longer than I'd like to admit and I really cannot recommend her highly enough. Doctor Christine is an absolute skin master she is highly talented and is the most skilled aesthetic doctor out there. I have seen Dr Christine for a number of years now she was recommended to me by a client of hers that has the most beautiful skin and I am so lucky to have found her my skin has never looked better not only does Dr Christine take her time to explain every treatment or product in depth but she tailors everything to your individual skins needs whilst always respecting and helping to achieve what your hopes and expectations are it's such a personal experience and Dr Christine is so warm, friendly professional down to earth and so caring and her hygiene is five star the clinic is prestine the safety and care of each client is impeccable and Dr Christine should be very proud of the high standards she maintains in every area, her communication is amazing Dr Christine will always check in on you after treatment with up to date information and is always contactable if you have any questions and her attention to detail will honestly blow you away my skin is now so improved, fresher, more youthful and I have finally figured out a great skin routine which I understand. Dr Christine's subtle tweaks are so natural and I have never been able to achieve that with anyone else. Dr Christine you are wonderful thank you so much for your help and support I am so happy with my skin and results.

Would highly recommend this wonderful Salon situated very conveniently in Fenwick's department store. The service was outstanding-Lauren was lovely and a brilliant stylist and her colleague Si was also lovely-both were so friendly. It was my first visit but will now be a regular customer. What a fabulous way to spend a Sunday afternoon -felt totally pampered! Thank you

My experience of McQueen Hair and Beauty Salon, Tunbridge Wells was the best I have had. From the fact they phoned me back when I tried to call to book an appointment to the experience in the salon I can only give them 5 stars. I wish there were more. Si is an outstanding expert in his field. Three days later, I love the cut just as I did when he finished, and I can't wait to go back for a full head of colour.

I’d been growing out my layered bob but it just didn’t suit me & I was really unhappy with my hair. Si knew exactly what to recommend & although I was apprehensive about going much shorter, I’m absolutely delighted with my new hairstyle! Haven’t been to the hairdressers in years due to bad experiences and I explained to Anita I was anxious. She was so lovely and welcoming and advised me what was best for my hair when I had suggested a style I wanted. I fully recommend her she was super friendly and speedy but so efficient.

Had the most efficient haircut experience ever! In and out in just 20 minutes with the perfect bob haircut. Anita is positively quirky and has such a wonderful energy about her. Can't wait to be back again for another fabulous cut!

I have been to the makeup and hair bar multiple times over the past few years and always leave feeling amazing! All of the girls are so warm and welcoming and it’s always such a nice experience. I have had the blow dry subscription and cuts and colours with Chloe Harrison and she is lovely and always makes my hair look fabulous! I have reccomended it to my friends and family and they are also now bigs fans!

I’ve been coming to the make up and hair bar for about two years for various treatments (nails, hair styling and make up) and each time has always been amazing. All of the girls are so lovely and genuinely make the experience, I always leave feeling so happy with my make up or my nails and would massively recommend to anybody!

I had Eleanor and Chloe do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They provided me with a chilled trial, helping me create exactly what I had in mind and they also recreated this look on my wedding day. They are both insanely good at what they do and one of my favourite things about the day when I look back on it, is my hair and makeup. They are both lovely people and I recommend them highly for what they do and the service provided by the hair and makeup bar :)

Elle did my make up and hair for my wedding in August and I couldn’t recommend her more. Elle is so knowledgable and professional, and is also just a lovely person who made me feel very comfortable. As someone who usually chucks on a bit of concealer and mascara, Elle understood that I wanted to feel a bit glamorous but also look like myself and she nailed it. We changed a few things from the trial and Elle was really accommodating. She also did all 5 of my bridesmaids hair too and they were all super happy and look amazing! Elle was super easy to work with on the day, helping us all feel comfortable, slotting into the busy morning and working with the photographer and videography. Can 100% recommend!💖

First visit to The Chapel hair salon in Tunbridge Wells. My hair was in poor condition and a mess. Pietro did just a shampoo and blow dry and after two days my hair feels good and my hair has stayed in. Just a brush through it is all it needs. That’s a great feeling. It’s not a cheap salon, but you only get what you pay for. Quality counts and this salon certainly has that. Will be back very soon. Thanks for the valuable advice and tips too. See you all soon. 😊

The Chapel was recommended to me by my partner, as she said it was the nicest salon she had been to. As someone who has spent far more time in barber shops than hair salons, I was particularly blown away by what a fabulous place The Chapel is. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness and was pleasantly surprised to see there were several other male clients there, too. Pietro was charming and I'm more than happy with the cut, style and advice he gave me.

I had my first appointment with The Chapel with Margot as a treat. I had seen it a couple of years ago online and had always wanted to go. So I booked my treat…..and it is exactly that! It’s very comfortable, very fancy and nothing is too much trouble. Margot is AMAZING…..she completely understands my vision for my hair. Just being really listened to is sooo nice. The cuts are perfect and grow out really well. So I can leave it longer in between cuts even though I have short hair. She is absolutely lovely and I can be quite socially awkward at times but she makes you feel so comfortable. And you can have little touch ups for free. This means that I don’t end up getting annoyed with my hair and taking a feather razor to it 🤦🏻‍♀️ So what started as a one off is now a treat I have every few months and I will not be going anywhere else.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Chapel today. Clare did such a lovely job with my haircut, it's so much lighter and fuller, I'm super happy with it. We also had a lovely chat about so many things - she made me feel really comfortable. I got to my appointment quite early and Charly kept me company until my haircut - super bubbly and friendly front of house! I'll be back next year for another big chop - I can only trust the Chapel team with it!

I have found the most amazing beautician. Emma from OhMy Beauty. My new brows with lamentation are absolutely beautiful. Full, natural and just what I wanted. The eyelash lift turned out perfectly and I have a beautiful luscious natural look. And my nails are always done perfectly. Emma is so professional yet so lovely: accomodating makes you feel at home. She is an absolute joy and brilliant at what she does. I will never go anywhere else.

I cannot thank or recommend the ladies at Revive enough. I managed to get a hairbrush stuck in my hair and they were INCREDIBLE. They fitted me in and worked so hard to save my hair (and dignity) they were all so friendly and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back, hairbrush free. 1000/10 service.

Honestly WOW! I have just returned from argubly the best hair dressing facility I have ever been to! MAGGIE has really transformed my hair from its brittle, split ends, tresemme-brokened hair to a LUSH GORGEOUS NO SPLIT ENDS BEAUTIFULLY STYLED THAT FITS MY FACE kind of hair. She KNEW, she SAW the vision!! The price is on the upper end in comparison however, I did not at all see it as spending money more like investment. Not only that, I was offered coffee, everyone was so kind and welcoming and to TOP IT ALL OFF, was given samples of this beautiful shampoo and conditioner which you can get through REFILLING YOUR BOTTLE - sustainable WOW - it is also is doing wonders for my hair. I have suggested Maggie to my mother because by jove she was brilliant!
