I had a brilliant experience having my gel nails done with Isabel on Saturday. First time using the service, she was so friendly and polite will be my new go to for any treatments. What a beautiful salon, great vibe!

My experience of McQueen Hair and Beauty Salon, Tunbridge Wells was the best I have had. From the fact they phoned me back when I tried to call to book an appointment to the experience in the salon I can only give them 5 stars. I wish there were more. Si is an outstanding expert in his field. Three days later, I love the cut just as I did when he finished, and I can't wait to go back for a full head of colour.

This was my first appointment with Si and he put me totally at ease. He took the time to explain in detail what he recommended doing, and why. I’m so pleased with the results, thank you!

It was refreshing to find a professional who was able to tell me what worked for me and what didn’t.
