Really pleased with my hair! I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Had a thorough consultation of what I wanted beforehand and Bebe did exactly what I wanted. Also gave me advice on better quality shampoos to use, and already my hair feels less frizzy and better condition. Lovely head massage when washing hair - overall I’d highly recommend!!

Cella handled a rushed out of towner for a family event, with skill & professionalism. I’m grateful she was able to accommodate me. Brilliant cut, perfectly in proportion and styled so that it would last all day and paid attention to the details. Great advice on hair care and has some lovely organic products I’m dying to try, and gave me some samples to try out. Central location was perfect for getting to the event. As I’ll be visiting again, will definitely be back.

I looked around, but it was The Lounge instagram that sold it to me first to book that appointment, seeing real client results. All the staff were friendly, the hair wash section even had a reclining massage hair! I talked through with Betsy what I wanted and aspired to have and she was really knowledge and told me how I could achieve the style I wanted and took steps towards that goal, but I have to let my hair grow a bit. I'm so pleased with the final product, the cut sits so nice and I can't wait to go back. On top of this the atmosphere was great the salon is very stylish and comfortable and it took an hour to do my hair so it was quick and a great result! I'll be recommending this to my friends

Really happy. Had a good discussion with BB about a restyle. Result was a really sleek top class style. The massaging chair while I had my hair washed was a pleasant surprise. When I got home, hubby commented that it's the best cut I've had in years. Thank you BB.

I’ve had a really excellent experience at The Lounge - Betsy coloured and cut my hair and I’m very pleased! There was a lot of thought and consideration from her about what would and wouldn’t work on my hair, she was very honest and I really appreciate that.
