Today I received a wonderful Guinot facial, my skin is glowing and feels so soft. Abby was very good explaining the facial techniques and the products best suited for my skins needs. I have been so delighted with the results I have booked a further facial and purchased some of the products used today which I am looking forward to using at home. I did not expect to see a difference in my skin after one treatment. Normally you need a full course to really receive the benefits but I have been blown away by the visible reduction in my pigmentation and the improvement of my fine lines. Thank you so much ☺️

I have been visiting Serenity Broadstairs For almost a year now, and I must say it’s been a very positive experience. I have had many treatments and met all of the ladies who work there and they all give an excellent service. My skin has never looked so good in fact I think it looks better now than when I was much younger. I’ve been having a Guinot age deluxe facials regularly which are amazing. My stylist is Lila, she understands exactly what I want and always does an amazing job. She has amazing artistic flair and a great ability to visualise what will look good… ensuring I leave the salon feeling confident and looking my best. She is friendly and bubbly and I thoroughly enjoy her company, she never fails to brighten my mood and put a smile on my face.

I’ve been a Cuts Inc customer for around a year and a half now and couldn’t be happier. The salon is lovely and you are always welcomed warmly from front of house. I’m lucky to have Elize looking after me each visit. She’s not just an incredibly talented stylist, but she is great company too. I started using this salon when it opened a few months ago. I am a minimal- maintenance sort of woman but I like to make the most of what I have. I like a pamper now and then and these girls are amazing! They weave some magic and my chubby hands look ladylike courtesy of Dionne , Heidi makes my very average hair look like a film star and my eyebrows are neat as pins! Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else - all in a friendly and welcoming salon. It's so clean but not clinical; comfortable and stylish but not intimidating. Dionne , Heidi and all the girls are wonderful !

Liam did an amazing job cutting my teenage daughter’s hair. He listened to what she wanted, and she’s ended up with a gorgeous cut! She also really enjoyed his company 😁

I saw Liam today for a haircut. He was fantastic as always! He did a balayage for me before which I loved. He is an expert in colour and has great ideas. Highly recommend.

Zen-Sation........well........what an amazing experience. The tranquil settings with the privacy of the salon all added to the ultimate expertise of Becki, meant that everything was ideally suited to the massage that I had. Many salon's offer the service but they are often very commercial and generic. Zen-Sation massages are absolutely A-Class and it resulted in a feeling of well being that I am yet to experience anywhere else. I will be returning over and over again without question. I cannot recommend enough I can only suggest that you give it a go yourself and experience the whole thing. Zen-Sation does offer other treatments and I am sure that you will see that the end result will be the nothing but the best possible. This is all due to Becki's experience and expertise. I’ve been going to Serene for many years now. I always book in with Meg- I have highlights, trims, and GK treatment. She always does the highlights perfectly, including when I like to go darker in winter and lighter in summer. My natural hair is thick, quite frizzy, and wavy, which can be difficult to manage. I’ve been having the GK treatment for around 4 years now, it saves so much time and the condition of my hair is much better as I don’t have to straighten it like I used to. It’s so much more manageable. There aren’t any products that give the same results, and I have tried several. All the staff at the salon are lovely. Highly recommend.

First time at this salon, was attended by Clare today for cutting and Ruby for shampooing. Moved to the area recently and was never 100% pleased with the salon I was currently using and decided on a change and glad I did. Clare did a marvellous job on my hair and listened to what I wanted and she delivered. I will definitely return to this salon and will be booking Clare again. Thanks Clare.
