I’ve been going to Serene for many years now. I always book in with Meg- I have highlights, trims, and GK treatment. She always does the highlights perfectly, including when I like to go darker in winter and lighter in summer. My natural hair is thick, quite frizzy, and wavy, which can be difficult to manage. I’ve been having the GK treatment for around 4 years now, it saves so much time and the condition of my hair is much better as I don’t have to straighten it like I used to. It’s so much more manageable. There aren’t any products that give the same results, and I have tried several. All the staff at the salon are lovely. Highly recommend.

First time at this salon, was attended by Clare today for cutting and Ruby for shampooing. Moved to the area recently and was never 100% pleased with the salon I was currently using and decided on a change and glad I did. Clare did a marvellous job on my hair and listened to what I wanted and she delivered. I will definitely return to this salon and will be booking Clare again. Thanks Clare.

I wanted a new look but didn’t really know exactly what I wanted. I gave Ruby a vague idea of what I like and she interpreted it so well The result was so much better than I could have even imagined. There was also really nice communication with the team with them all helping each other. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!, I love it!

I've never stuck to one hairdresser in the past, but recently found Clare D at Serene Hair & Beauty in Broadstairs and never looked back. I've finally found a hairdresser that I can trust and rely on. I highly recommend this salon.
