I've been getting my BIAB nails done at this salon for the past 5 years, and I can confidently say that Kay and Immy are absolutely amazing! The quality of their work is consistently top-notch, and my nails always look perfect. The atmosphere in the salon is so welcoming, with great conversation and the perfect coffee to enjoy while you're there. It's a clean, cozy space where you truly feel pampered. Kay and Immy always go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional, friendly service!

Absolutely love coming here for all of my beauty treatments! The million dollar facial has been instrumental in my skincare routine and they have every colour under the sun for gel manicures. Everyone is so lovely, highly highly recommend ☺️

The beauty studio🤍 I have used The Beauty Studio (previously Kay’s beauty studio) for many years now and I would never go anywhere else! The salon itself is to a phenomenal standard (luxury does not even do it justice), it’s clean, welcoming & the decor is just to die for. With a wide range of incredible treatments offered alongside high quality products, there is no better place to go. As soon as you enter the studio, you can instantly tell the amount of love and hard work that has been put in to make this a place people would be delighted to go to. The team at The Beauty Studio have been nothing but professional, welcoming and in a lot of cases - a well needed therapist! I have had many treatments from all of the team and they all deliver incredible results! I have been a model for training purposes, in which the senior team have provided guidance and support for their members of staff learning something new, not only making me feel at ease to have the treatment, but I can imagine, really supports the staff that are learning too. I will recommend The Beauty Studio to anyone I come across!

I visited this salon for the first time last week and it was a very positive experience for me. Before starting, Charlotte looked closely at the texture of my hair, my face shape etc. and she questioned me carefully about what I was hoping could be achieved that day. By building up this profile, she was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. Charlotte was chatty and engaging, but most importantly, she showed herself to be a superb cutter. This was the best haircut I’d had in years! I will be returning….

No better place 🤍 Therapy is so friendly and welcoming - everyone is amazing. Whether it’s hair, nails or beauty, you know you’re in the best hands. The girls are always so accommodating with fitting in appointments around work hours and school holidays and making sure Christmas appointments get booked in early. It says a lot when the whole family have been going here for years so I couldn’t recommend Therapy highly enough.

Such a lovely place, all the stylists are so kind and friendly and there’s no competition between them. I can trust any of them to do my hair and they always do such a good job and I love the end result! I’m not the easiest client given that I always want to change my hair colour and style, but they’re always so accommodating and also educate me on what my hair needs based on its condition! Love my visits here ☺️

I visited this salon after seeing positive mentions of Lulu's work online, especially her skill with alternative styles. I booked in for a wolf cut but let her take the lead, prioritising a look that would minimise visible breakage. She absolutely nailed it. The final cut not only tackled my concerns but added structure and shape that suits my face perfectly. On top of her expertise, Lulu was incredibly kind and offered engaging conversation throughout the appointment, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
