Had a perfect experience with Molly, who gave me a complete restyle. Absolutely in love with my new hair, Molly did a fabulous job and she’s such a lovely person to deal with, made getting a much needed break for some self care and even better experience. 10/10, highly recommended.

I always enjoy coming here! The team create a warming and happy atmosphere upon entering the salon. Molly is a kind, energetic professional and her attentiveness to detail (to my hair and to me as client) really helps me feel valued. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been visiting the Oast for a few years now, and I genuinely look forward to my monthly appointments. The staff is incredible, and Natalia has become a true friend for life. She’s warm, attentive, thorough and always takes the time to listen. Even with my first appointment with her it felt like I knew her already! Just overall perfect.

First visit to the Oast today for a new hair cut and I was very impressed. Danni is lovely and really took her time to listen to what I wanted and give me some good advice on what would work best. What a lovely experience!! An online promotion persuaded me to try The Oast salon today and I'm so glad I did. From the minute I arrived (early) Danni was welcoming and attentive. She listened to what I explained I would like as a cut and then took me through for the shampoo. A lovely chair massage and a really theraputic hair wash and head massage made me feel very relaxed. A lovely latte and biscuits whilst Danni cut and styled my hair added to the experience. She took lots of time to ensure I liked the cut as she was trimming and styled my hair beautifully. My hair hasn't looked so good in a long time! I highly recommend the salon and in my experience, Danni as a lovely young lady and a super stylist. Great price and worth every penny! Many thanks, I WILL be back!

Got my haircut by Vickie today (hopefully I spelt that right) absolutely amazing result. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back again and won’t be using anyone else from now on. Proper sorted me out and the conversation we had was hilarious. I’ll be back at Urban soon because of her. Diamond in the dirt that one.

I had my first appointment at Urban after looking for a calm salon where I will feel relaxed, as I get anxious when making/cancelling appointments or going to new, busy places. I absolutely love my new haircut and am pleased to say Sarah was very kind and calm. I went to the salon one evening when it was quiet, which was relaxing, and I was made to feel very welcome. I went today with my daughter. She is SEN and struggles to adapt to new places. She didn't even want her hair washed. Casey was amazing. Patient, kind and funny. She made a real effort to make sure she was happy and comfortable and reassured throughout she has even asked to go back. Salons can be quite indicating at the best of times but she was amazing! Have been seeing the lovely Natalie since last year and would 100% recommend her and this beautiful salon. The experience of being here is very welcoming and friendly and never feels intimidating or that you are 'in the way' as I have experienced before in other hairdressers. I live in Whitstable and will happily travel across Kent to go here. And Natalie is just simply awesome. Always does exactly what I have asked for or suggests an alternative if what I have asked for wouldn't work with my hair type - which I really appreciate. I have been going to Natalie since I was 4 years old and even when I was away for university I would always come back to her as I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is incredible and completely transforms and brightens my hair every time and envisions what style and colours would suit me best! I had my first appointment today at Blow and Blush with the lovely Poppy and have had the best experience. Poppy spent 5 hours creating the balayage hair of dreams and I absolutely love it! She went through a consultation with me last week and gave me advice based on things I wanted to change and the outcome is perfect. I am so thankful and will be back to see Poppy for my next cut/colour. She is so lovely to chat to and the salon is beautiful. Highly recommend!

I was a little apprehensive of going to a new hairdresser, having recently had a somewhat disastrous hair cut and colour at another hairdressers, but there was no need, Claire gave me an excellent haircut. She is a highly skilled hairdresser and clearly loves her job as well. I am very pleased with my new haircut and immediately made a follow-up appointment!

It was the first time I had visited the salon today and I had such a wonderful experience. After hating my hair for so long and being disappointed by other salons I am thrilled with the service and result I got today. ✨Poppy is an absolute magician ✨and completely understood what I wanted and how to get there with a difficult starting point. She pulled off an amazing colour correction that I wasn’t sure was possible and I couldn’t rate her highly enough. All of the staff I encountered have been lovely, Molly, Jasmine and Paige too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the salon to anyone! 🌟

Booked in at doodas for a haircut after movie to Maidstone recently and loved it! They were so attentive, the salon was lovely and clean and modern. They explained all products used and went through with me in detail what I needed and wanted from the haircut. I even discussed how I wanted to get rid of my blonde balayage and go back to my root colour of a soft brown, they even discussed this with me during my haircut process. When I left, I was so pleased I called back the next day to arrange a colour specialist consultation to go through with this. I booked with Rhiannon and had a consult where we discussed what I wanted/what was achievable and she took hair strands to dye the colours I’d selected (this made a nice change as other salons make you look at a book of hair colours and pick to just put the dye straight on your hair) I then got to see when I next came in the colours and how the blonde strand test had taken. I loved the colours picked and we went ahead with the app, Rhiannon was so friendly and chatty but also let me enjoy my app and relax for a great head massage when shampooing and talked me through each step, explained the products used and gave me after care advice. I’d highly recommend the salon and will definitely be returning for a trim in the next few months.

Very happy with my little one's haircut. Hairdresser put a lot of effort and he looks lovely after the cut. And the price is reasonable. Compared to other big franchise Monkey hair is far better with the outcome and all. Will defo take him next time again.

Everyone is warm and welcoming and the chairs are comfortable even after a 4 hour hair transformation. Tilly was able to understand and give me what I wanted even though I wasn't the best at describing it. And she has an amazing memory too, remembering things from my last visit 10 months ago.
