Food was perfect. Service was okay, could be better. Was greeted and shown to our booked booth. No explanation on how to order. You have to scan the QR code on the table and then get up and place your order and pay at the counter. Would be nice to explain this as it was out first time here. The drinks were room temperature so asked for glasses with ice. Which they sorted quickly. Food was good though, will be visit again.
I had an amazing first experience at Sibu in Batley today! The customer service was absolutely top-notch. A huge shoutout to the staff member Aifa, who went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect sushi and made sure our visit was nothing short of perfect. The flavors of the food were incredible – proper, authentic, and delicious! Finding such high-quality food in Batley feels like hitting the jackpot. I 100% recommend this place to everyone. Can’t wait to visit again!
I recently visited Sibu Batley and had an amazing culinary experience! The restaurant offers a delightful journey through Asian soul food, crafted with love and tradition. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special celebration. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience truly memorable. I'll definitely be coming back!
Very nice service and even better food. Bao buns were very soft and the salt and pepper wings were ace. Spicy chips were nice and saucy. The rice with the katsu curry needed more seasoning but was fine after adding the soy sauce
