Visited many times over past year. The best Costa we have been to. Customer service is brilliant, food and drinks delivered to your table after ordering. The place is spotless and the staff friendly and professional. Karl the manager sets a top class example with his welcome and service. And to top that off you can watch the planes take off and land, perfect!
Lovely staff, nice coffee, great decor, amazing view of the side of the runway to watch planes coming and going. BUT be very aware of getting a parking ticket from a company that won’t accept appeals. The land isn’t owned by Costa Coffee so despite the kind manager contacting Parking Eye to get a ticket cancelled a couple of times they wouldn’t. The owners of the land can’t be contacted, they contracted Parking Eye. Parking Eye won’t accept appeals and will keep harassing you until you pay. Shame because the cafe is great and the staff are lovely.
Good service, nice coffee, got a bacon sandwich. 🥪 warmed up tasted ok, but had better. 5/10. Clean tables . Toilet clean , flush works but broken. 90 minutes parking only. Called before picking up wife and daughter from airport.
We love this branch of Costa as its at the end of the Airport and so you get see the planes taking off. Brilliant for children to watch. The service was very good and the staff were very pleasant. I only gave 4 for food as I didn't have anything to eat, but my son wanted a particular cake which unfortunately they didn't have so he had to make do with another one. The Latte I had was excellent. It is kept very clean and I would definitely recommend this Costa.
