From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. The Team @ Elegant Event Management made our wedding at Tatton Park so special. They did an awesome job planning and making sure everything went smoothly. The team was super nice especially Yousuf who kept us informed and updated from our initial consultation all the way to the day of our event.We loved how they turned our ideas into a beautiful reality. This company has exceeded my expectations and been absolutely incredible in every single aspect. I don’t leave reviews often, but credit where it’s due! EVERYONE was in awe, including the hall staff - they described the decor as ‘on a completely different level to anything done at the hall before’. Honestly, I was very nervous when looking for decorators and booking as there was no way to be sure. But Yousaf had really good communication with me from the beginning. He did everything to keep in touch with me and talk through everything with me every step of the way. It began with a consultation at their warehouse, I was shown all the options and even walked through their warehouse to see what they had. I wanted red and bold and regal/elegant theme. He regularly contacted me and sent ideas on whatsapp. Yousaf even sent me his own ideas of what could look good things which weren’t done before. I was regularly sent the package/set via email documents which had clear price through out, and exactly what I was paying for. I booked them for my baraat day at an english hall. Yousaf made effort to travel nearly 2 hours to visit the venue and measure everything and see what they could do. Everything was custom and made to measure. It was obvious that thought had been put into making decor for THAT hall rather than just a standard set that had been used in my hall before by previous decorators which always looked drowned out. They had the hall ready at the exact time that was promised (within about 3 hours from scratch!). My friends have even told me how much the team kept asking if they’re happy with what they’re doing, and consulting my friends through the wedding morning as they were setting up. My friends also told me that as the team were doing the walk way, they took care to even take their shoes off as they went on it so that it stays completely clean. Not a single piece of decor was moved or cleared up before I (bride) had exited the venue, as requested and promised. They team stayed at the venue and so patiently waited until the event was fully finished before moving anything. Everyone has praised the decor and it was worth every single penny that was invested. Majorly down due to the great communication that I received and how much thought and detail they put in. I have have added a few pictures of my wedding day for anyone else planning their wedding at the moment! 🥰

Elegant Event Management recently handled the decor for our daughter's wedding and reception, and the results were absolutely glamorous and unique! Our guests, who traveled from around the world, are still raving about how lovely and distinctive the events were. Yousuf was a pleasure to work with—very friendly, understanding, and patient. He took our ideas into consideration and adeptly executed the numerous changes we requested throughout the planning process. Overall, we are extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend Elegant Events Management!

They through in the stunning walkway which we didn’t expect and took us by surprise and made the wedding even more special as it changed the whole look of the place. Highly recommend these guys
