Warren House vets have the most wonderful, caring, kind staff you could ever meet. Our little dog Lily has been very poorly and they have been wonderful. She has had the best care from Anca and the vet nurses. They have done everything possible. They are so caring in every way and work with you to anchieve the best outcome, the kindness they have shown will always be with us. We cannot thank you enough.

Finally, a decent veterinary practise reachable from Aldridge. Tidy, large reception with an area sectioned off for cats. Great parking too. I was happy with the care and attention the vet had with my injured Moggy. I’ll be using this one if I need to in the future.

Cannot thank the staff at this vets enough for the care they have gave to tinkerbelle this last month, the whole reception team are lovely and welcoming, they offer hot drinks etc, Gary has gone above and beyond for tinkerbell and tried so much to help her, before finally referring her for further investigations, tinkerbelle always comes home in a loving mood when she's visited warren house, and I get reassurance when I collect her from the staff that she's been having cuddles most the day 🥰

What can I say… I have been truly blown away by this business. Such kind staff! All of you! Since my Kiah starting needing pain killers about 4 months ago you’ve been so supportive throughout. Attention to detail until the very sad but yet peaceful end of her life.❤️ Your kindness and empathy was genuine….
