Had taken my cat GravyBean for neutering and microchipping, it was easy and quick to book over the phone and everyone was so helpful and explained everything about before and after the procedure as well as aftercare patiently and kept my baby nice and comfortable until I was able to pick him up, even tho it's not close to where I live it's definitely worth to have him registered here :)

Staff helping to kit out our puppy was most appreciated plus the discount for membership was a lovely surprise.

The staff are really nice however I was a little disappointed that I had to take my darling boy back the day after neutering because he was in pain. I will never blindly listen to the vet insisting animals don't require pain relief ever again though, when my bunnies were neutered they had metacam. When I had surgery last year I required round the clock pain relief it only makes sense that my babies deserve the same.
