Have returned to AK Duncan's after 6 years overseas. Still had our details, great to work with and great advice as always. While we don't want to have to use their services for our fur babies, it is great knowing they are there when we need them.

I visited today with my daughter and her dog Shiloh, who unfortunately had to be put to sleep. The staff were very kind and compassionate, a massive thank you to all of them.

Dealt with the loss of our beloved pet with kindness and dignity. I didn't have to enter the surgery, they came out to me. Made an incredibly difficult time a little easier.

Fantastic vets. They always take brilliant care of my pets and the receptionists are lovely.

We saw Hannah today for a health check for my bearded dragon. Appointment started on time and Hannah was so knowledgeable and lovely about our family pet, provided a wealth of knowledge and was kind, gentle and really put my animal at ease during her first vet check. At no point did we feel rushed along, but instead we were given the chance to ask questions as needed. The price for the check up was very reasonable too. I am confident my pet will receive the best possible care here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
