I visited Medivet because I found a hedgehog in our garden that looked a little unwell. I took it there for some help, not knowing what to do. It turned out the hedgehog wasn’t unwell but maybe just a little too hot. They kept him in until I could collect and release him back into the wild. I think this is incredible in a world where no one does anything for free. I received updates about his health over the two days he was there. Given the amount of information and care provided, I would 100% use this vet if I had a pet. Thank you so much!

Excellent practice it was our first visit and we were very impressed, everywhere was clean and tidy and the staff were polite and friendly. Our dog was treated by a lovely vet and we have no hesitation in highly recommending this practice

I’ve been coming to this practice for years. It’s now medivet and it’s still a great service. Alit if the vets and nurses know my dog and he’s always treated with care and kindness. They also listen to your needs and talk to you about all levels of treatment available.

I have been with Medivet Solihull for many many years and am so well acquainted with the practice that the staff sadly know when its me on the phone. I have stayed with the practice for such a length of time due to the nurses / front of house staff who have remained the same over the years. Cassie the Vet Nurse is exceptional - she 100% gets the love we have for our pets. Everything she handles is done with the upmost professionalism and care. Fiona is also fantastic and is always very helpful & lovely. I have recently had 2 surgeries for my dogs at the practice and both times I felt confident that they were in the best hands. Thank you both! The new vets/partners, Eduardo & Dimitra are very much welcomed, it is great to have permanent vets on board and it makes the continuity of care and advise much easier to follow. What a change. I took my two girls in today for their top up jabs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Eles, the vet and Alice the other vet were a great team. And I must mention the help at the reception, it was how you want a Vets to be!

We have been coming to this practice for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Everything is always explained and you can ask as many questions as you like. Over the years we have lost our family pets and i love the fact that we recieve sympathy cards from the surgery.

i came here with a litter of puppies. theyre friendly, polite and non-judgemental. i will definitely be bringing all my animals here.. i wont step foot in another vets after visiting these guys.. thank you soo much. x

easy to book appointments online, you know even which vet will see your pet, friendly staff and didn't push to buy products they recommend which is always a breath of fresh air

I have taken my dog here for the past 3 years since moving here. They reception is always so nice and they really care for the animals. I needed a health certificate to move to Germany and they were very patient when I had to reschedule due to visa issues. Dr. Josh has been a great vet and I highly recommend Vets4pets Solihull!

I have unfortunately had to use the vets recently for a planned operation on my westie as well as a post surgery injury. I can honestly say that all the staff at the Solihull branch are second to none. They all show compassion, empathy, are extremely professional. They explained each part of the process and tried to eliminate any worries that we had.Thank you very much for caring for Ralph x

My puppy eat rat poison. I immediately called my Vet practice by Morrisons who refused to see him unless symptoms were occur. I was told to wait 1 or 2 hours and I would see any foam coming out from his mouth, vomiting or diarrhea they would then take him as emergency. I listen to my instincts to go to Vets for Pets in Sheldon. Everyone was very friendly, took my puppy for detoxing treatment, after 1 hour they informed me that they could see a lot of poison pellets in his vomit and that I did the right thing of coming in straight away . Thank you for saving my puppy life

This was one of the only exotic vet locations near us and our first experience here wasn't the best. We went to this place a couple years ago for a routine health exam for our avian friend and despite the pricing being afforable, the vet we had was cold, condesending and impatient with us. They didn't ask any questions and didn't give us any indepth feedback unless we askded for it. Thus we looked at other places that abet weren't the best either in terms of price and expereince but we still had a better experience there than here. However, recently our pet bird had an emergancy condition that needed to be looked at ASAP and we couldn't get a place at our newer vets so we decided to settle for this one. We come to be ever grateful for that because the expereince we had here was leagues better than the experience we had a couple years ago and even better than the more recent vet that we have been going to. The newer vet we had was significanly for passionate and caring for us and our pet. They listened to all the infomation that we gave her and gave very specific and useful advice for us and our situation, such as walking us through all the possible procedures to treat our bird and answered any questions that we had about it. Alas they decided that it would have been better to keep our bird at the faclility overnight for them to operate in the moring where there is more staff, which the husbandary and living conditions for our bird was superb. The operation went smoothly and we were given updates from the vet themself as everything trasnpired. The overall customer service and professionalism in this facility has improved drastically and I implore that any people who might've been turned away from their exotic services in the past to give this place another try and since the pricing is very beginner friendly, for newer owners avian freinds and exotics that wants an exotic vet to definitely come here!

The doctor was lovely when dealing with my conure who had a broken wing and gave us the correct prescriptions our little feather baby is all healed up and is back to flying normally

My parents have used Amicus for a good few years now taking their African grey parrot for beak and claws treatment. Not once had a problem. Friendly staff on the front desk, very good vets in the back sorting out our animals needs.

I’ve taken my budgies to Amicus for about 17 years. Roy saved my old budgies life after everyone gave up on her. I am back from a visit with little Ozzy today and the vet was lovely and so kind and thorough with him. Thank you all ❤️

Rodney, our 3 year old Maine Coon Cat, had developed a slight limp. A visit the our Vet was very quickly followed by a referral to Willows Veterinary Centre. Bit of a coincidence that Rodney has a little sister by a different mother. She is a red wire haired daschund and is called Willow. I digress. It was decided to give Rodders a new hip and if all went well another new hip on the other side sometime later. After a year Rodders was re-assessed and unfortunately the new hip had failed. Various solutions were discussed but it was decided to give Rodney floating hips. One at a time. Currently we have Rodney in his onsuite recovery cage for the next two weeks. Alexis and the rest of the staff at Willows are absolutely amazing, dedicated to the care of their patients and the patients owners. Rodney soon let's you know if he doesn't like you or what you are doing. During his examinations he was totally placid. I will never hesitate to refer to Willows if any of my pets need top notch Vet care in the future. Attached photo of Rodders in his unsuited bedroom.

Our own local vet referred our beautiful girl to Willows for further diagnostics and possible treatment plan for suspecting Mast cell tumour in the abdomen. We received a call within 24hrs of receipt of the referral from Willows to book in, initially the appointment was a little too far in the future, but we were assured that every effort would be made to bring the appointment forward, another call received later that day did in fact bring an appointment fwd. On the day of arrival the reception team were friendly and we had only a short wait to meet our designated specialist Mark Dunning, Mark was one of the most kind and compassionate people we've met, he was calm and patient with our dog, he spoke to her with respect and not over her, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the breed specifics and understood our concerns and feelings around the seriousness of the illness. He also, was very practical around what would or wouldn't be suitable for a dog of her age,and what would provide the best and kindest outcome for her. After the CT Mark called us straight away to let us know that our dog was fine and was recovering then discussed the findings. Sadly for her the findings were not good. Sadly we had let our beautiful girl go the day after her appointment at Willows, When Mark heard the news he showed great compassion to our situation, and although we know we did the best thing for her, Mark was able to reiterate our own thoughts and justification for our decision, this isn't something you always experience, especially when your seeing a new specialist with no previous working relationship with your pet. Because of Willows we have been able to take some comfort in an incredibly painful time that we possibly wouldn't have had,had we not agreed to be referred. I can't recommend this centre enough.

I honestly cannot thank willows enough. You literally saved my beautiful girl and gave her a second shot at life. Sky had liver lobectomy as there was a a cancerous mass present. The team looked after her so well and so please to get her home when I thought I was going to loose her.

I can’t express how grateful we are for the care that Willows provided our Border Terrier, Martha. From initial consultation with Eugenio, the very tricky operation itself, the round the clock aftercare and the ongoing support from Yolanda, the veterinary nurses and the whole team. I have a BSH care cat who stopped eating and moving last week, went to emergency Sunday a little stressed obviously. I can’t thank or rate the staff and vets enough for their care for George and myself The staff went over over and above calming the “ mad cat mom” panicking on emergency visit and especially on second visit for not just George but myself. I was listened to, respected and not patronised He’s back on the bed not shaking and hiding I can’t thank you all enough Myself , Gorgeous George and all the people he helps as a care animal thanks you for your over and above care and understanding They even thought about shaving his legs in same places so it grows back the same which when your stressing about your animal is a small but important thing to help desensitise From reception staff on initial phone calls to vets thank you I hope not to see you too soon 🐾

My senior dog Chevy had to have a dental procedure resulting in 4-5 extractions and removal of a mass I can’t thank the vet and all of the lovely staff enough for how kind and caring and professional they all are - he was well looked after and post surgery care information and instructions were comprehensive and thorough He will need to go back for more extractions and I’m very confident and reassured that he will be in safe hands I would recommend this practice to anyone looking to register thier pets Thank you 🙏

What can I say apart from amazing vets 😄 they truly have been wonderful to my cat Teddy and me .My cat Teddy had to have his front leg amputated 😔 And from reception team ,nurses and vet they are all so kind and helpful I’m sorry I can’t name you all but I’m sure you all no who you are ,keep up your amazing work and thank you again for being so kind and compassionate towards me and Teddy .It was such an emotional time and you really are heroes to us 🖤 Solihull vets x

All the staff have always been helpful, kind, understanding and caring….the last 12 mths they have helped us through alot with Poppy making her visits calm and comfortable. When we had too make our final decision with Poppy they got us intouch with Dignipets who helped too give us the perfect goodbye 🐾🐕‍🦺🩷

10 out of 10, outstanding. When I look at the reviews on here, people moaning about the cost, if you can't afford it then don't own the animal. My little Beefy was struggling after drinking water from the river on the farm; he drinks out of there everyday and always has along with the other farm dogs. But, he took a weird turn and was having massive breathing problems, vomiting everywhere and was really in a bad way. I phoned this vet Monday afternoon about 5.15pm, they gave me advice over the phone and said any more trouble to ring back in the morning despite not being registered with them, they took the time to listen; the following morning he still wasn't the best. Gave the vets another call and they made an appointment to see him straight away, within the next hour. Once there, they gave him the tests he needed, and gave him the medication he required. From pulling up outside there and the wife going in with him, the whole process took less than an hour. Little Beefy is now back up and running, firing on all 4 cylinders, I can only thank YourVets again, and will definitely continue to use and would recommend, Kind regards Matt
