It was my first visit & they were very welcoming, polite and they handled my cats very well due to them been nervous. I was reassured through out my appointment, everything was explained to me what they were doing, advice was given with clear instructions. Very happy customer.

My Vizsla was dealt with professionally and received treatment that quickly got her on the road to recovery.

Black vets in Oldbury are amazing. Appointments are arranged and staff are excellent. The vet we saw was lovely and very patient with our degu fudge. Thank you for the help and support. Would definitely recommend the practice.

It was our first trip to the vets with our cats, for their annual boosters. They're rescues and so very nervous of people in general. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. There's a separate area for cats and dogs, and we were seen after about 10 minutes of waiting. The vet was very good with both cats, very calm and friendly. All went smoothly and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Superb vets. So kind to my dog and informative. We were given thorough information and talked through all options. Clear information at all steps. So welcoming and no problems following procedure. Always can rely on them to help, guide and I have never had any complaint.

Excellent vets.the staff are lovely,caring kind heart and the pet always comes first then the owner which i love.our family have always used them ie my grandad,mom and now me.(use to be called Walpole & Bingham).and even though the name has changed the feeling in the vets and how they are with u hasn't changed.its like walking into your own warm home feeling.and I 1000%+ know and feel that my dog is always in safe hands.

Thank you for taking care of T4 in his last couple of weeks of life.😢 The compassion, attention and attitude of everyone has always been exceptional, but the support over the last two weeks have gone above and beyond. If anyone is looking for a suitable vet for any animal, you will not find better than Warpole & Bingham (now Carmel) in Penn Fields, Wolverhampton.

Unfortunately recently had to have our elderly dog euthanized at Stewart vets. They were wonderful and made the whole process as respectful as they could. They allowed us time with her and did not rush us at all. Then a few days later we received the most wonderful, thoughtful card with a beautiful memory of our beloved dog. We can't thank them enough.

We had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Weller on Saturday after the staff trying their upmost best to help him. No one could of done anything more. The staff on Saturday will be forever in our hearts for the care and compassion they showed to Weller and us.Thank you for everything. The sympathy card we received today was much appreciated.

Brilliant Vets. We recently had to take our kakariki Artie to rosewood vets. Dr Antonio (I believe his name was) was recommended by our usual vets as being very good with birds. We had been to see bird specialists in the past in Birmingham and had awful experiences so we were very nervous about taking Artie. The receptionist was lovely and the vet spoke to Artie like he was a person not just a bird (which we had not experienced in the past by bird specialists) so we felt very comfortable with him. He was very mindful about what was best for Artie and that birds can get stressed very quickly. He gave Artie some antibiotics and told us to call back the next day if he was still alive so we weren’t wasting money buying the whole course of antibiotics if he wasn’t going to live. He was very genuine and treated us like he cared for Artie just as much. Unfortunately Artie passed away so my mom called the next day to cancel the antibiotics. We have just received a sympathy card, which we weren’t expecting. We are so pleased with this vets! We will definitely take our other animals there. Nowhere else I would trust with my birds.

So sorry I didn’t get the receptionists name but she was a real joy to talk too… very friendly and it’s clear she loves the pets that are brought in.
