We sadly had to have our lovely cat put to sleep this week at the age of 17. All the staff at Powis were wonderful. They let us wait in a room away from the main waiting room and showed so much empathy making a difficult time a little easier. They treated Bonnie so gently and were so kind. They called the next day to make sure we were ok and today we received a lovely card too. Thank you to the vet and the nurse for showing so much kindness 😊

Have had put cats registered here for the last year, always friendly and helpful service, the best of care for our girls and with the healthcare club it's a great deal. Love the separate sections for the cats and dogs however can be difficult for frightened cats such as ours when the dogs are quite rowdy

Great vets, took our Border Terrier to get neutered, he was ready within a couple of hours but because I was at work until 5pm they were happy to keep him until I could get there. The staff were lovely and the price was reasonable. Best of all Powis vets accepted our dogs trust voucher for getting him neutered.

5* all the way. Visited for the first time today with my daughter and her cat. They could not have been kinder and more caring. (Sadly had a couple of bad experiences recently with other vets). I have no hesitation in recommending Powis Vets. Thank you.

Just wanna say a huge thank you to your staff during one of the hardest days of our lives but sending our amazing Labrador Max across the rainbow bridge. We hadn't been with you long but during our time your staff did everything they could. Thank you for everything and I would really like to recommend your VET to anyone.
