On Friday I had to make the hardest decision of my life to let my beloved dog Tyler pass away peacefully. This wonderful lady made his peaceful and graceful end possible. I really can’t thank you enough for making this experience so calm and comfortable for him, he had a lovely end to a happy little life (15 years and 7 months)
Having a much loved pet put to sleep is an incredibly difficult decision to make, Rachel was not only kind & gentle with Barney but also compassionate & caring with us. She made his last moments painless & peaceful, whilst easing any misgivings we had. All in all it was as stress-free as it possibly could be. Thank you Rachel, we really did appreciate your kindness.
Beginning of July I had to make the decision all pet owners dread of having to put my faithful friend to sleep .
I was lucky to find out that Rachel could come to my home to do this . She was lovely. Explained everything to me and my beautiful Crystal passed peacefully away .

We can't find the right words to express our "Thanks " to Rachel. We sadly had to make that hard decision to put our 2 old beautiful fur babies to sleep.Rachel was so caring & respectful & talked us through each & every step.What was lovely, she left us for a sort period of time so we could say our own goodbye in private.Rachel from the bottom of our hearts "Thank you again " it was definitely the best decision that we could have picked for our girls being at home, going peacefully together in their own bed.
