Amazing experience. I was nervous taking my new noisy rescue dog to the vet for the first time. I needn’t have worried. The calm and caring receptionist/veterinary nurse, Emma, was welcoming, calm and reassuring. We were seen by the veterinarian - Dr Hardman, in a timely fashion, who was able to assess my hound quickly and without causing him ( or me) stress or discomfort. So pleased I chose an independent veterinarian who prides themselves on excellent customer service. My dog voted with his wagging tail, I’m sure yours will too.

I love this vet practice. Bob and I have always been treated with compassion and kindness by vets, reception staff and vet nurses. The same is true of 'sister' practice in Cranleigh.

Brelades
Rothwell House, Church Rd, Bookham KT23 3JP, UK | Veterinary Care P: 01372 452531
Rating: 4.6 (82) Price Level:
We first used this veterinary clinic when my daughter’s hamster needed care and eventually had to be put down. In 2018 we joined their membership scheme after we got our 8 week Norfolk Terrier puppy. Even through lockdown their vets and services have been outstanding, the vets genuinely seem to be passionate about animal care and appointments are never rushed, all questions and/or concerns are dealt with in a sympathetic yet professional manner, it’s clean, welcoming and modern. The membership is great for discounts on regular treatment/jabs and although Brelades may be slightly more expensive, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They also have 24/7 emergency available.

An absolutely outstanding practice very friendly staff we have had many animals cared for by them . Mostly though the really important thing is they are genuine when it comes to love of your pets ! not apparent at a lot of practices these days ! M P.s As we expected very good practice in the present enviroment no concerns at all ! Well done to Martin and all the team !

We've used Brelades in the past and with our new fur baby puppy have gone back to them to register her. Always receive a warm welcome as you enter and the Vet we have seen is just lovely, she's very patient with the dog and us and happy to answer any questions we've asked. We have signed up for their monthly pet care plan which we felt would be a good idea but asides from routine treatments we are hoping not to have to call upon them for anything else.

First visit. Very impressed with the vet, they had time to talk to you about your pet and was in no way pushy, they were kind compassionate and understood that not everyone has £1000 for every vet visit. They have your pet’s interest a yours at heart . Would highly recommend

A big thanks to everyone here. My cat was in a bad way and had to rush him to the closest vets. Despite not being registered they welcomed him in after giving sound advice over the phone. They administered life saving care and helped get a referral quickly to the Norths Down Referrals for further treatment. All while being calm and professional. A big thank you and recommendation from the bottom of mine (and Pockle’s) hearts.

Highly recommend this veterinary practice. I have a rescue cat who is very nervous and historically has been traumatised by vet visits. Annika, one of the vets, is wonderful - a 'cat whisperer' of sorts - and manages to settle our rescue straightaway. The reception staff are also fab and show compassion and care. Delighted to have found Crown vets.

Blown away completely by this practice and the lovely caring staff. After a horrendous ordeal with my precious dog I called and asked for an emergency. Documents transferred and was seen immediately. The compassion, help, understanding and care we received was tenfold. I recommend this lovely practice to anyone. Such an amazing experience, such ease and super friendly. They put my dog first and treated her like she was their only patient.

In really rough times, the staff at Crown have always really come through for us as a family. They are beyond professional, furthermore very supportive - so much so, we received a card from them, which was beautifully received and so unexpected. I would highly recommend their services, they are truly 5 star🌟

I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. Thank you to Andy and the team for helping me make the difficult but right decision at the end.

Our first visit today I was pleased I chose this nice homely veterinary practice. Stephen was lovely he explained everything as he went along. Lulu my little Chug was a little nervous but Stephen was very gentle and made Lulu ( and myself) relax she even ate the little treat he gave her before we left the practice obviously checked if that was OK before giving it to her. I feel confident I've chosen the right place for Lulu to receive the best care. Thank you to everyone at Alfold veterinary practice for making us welcome. Linda & Lulu

We went yesterday with our 9 year old Sprocker to have his yearly vaccinations and check on some concerning lumps. We saw Emily, the vet, and the whole experience for us and our dog was amazing. She was empathic, knowledgeable, calm, had great ways of keeping him calm and even better, his lumps seem ok. Thank you so much for the great service we received.

Best vets we have been registered too. Very genuine, caring, empathetic staff. Was registered with my previous staffy Wilma, she was treated with such love and care, which made us not think twice about registering our new staffy pup Dora. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Wonderful team at Cape Vets! Knowledgeable and very helpful. Trust them entirely with our animals! Have recommended them multiple times to friends and they’re all very happy with them too. Thank you Doug and all at Cape Vets!

Felt the need to leave a review after some wonderful care form Cape Vets for our Romanian rescue George who had an issue with his throat … we use Cape Vets since both our dogs have special needs related to their reactivity and George was looked after today by Marcus (hope I’ve spelt his name correctly… the Spanish locum vet) and he more than lived up to the standards we have received for many years from Cape Vets … also a special thank you to Jaeda who removed a tick from George after spotting it somehow! Thoroughly recommend and we are happy to travel from West Byfleet for the great care we receive

Medivet 24 Hour Faygate
Tower Rd, Faygate, Horsham RH12 4SD, UK | Veterinary Care P: 01293 851122
Rating: 4.5 (481) Price Level:
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and while I’ve always appreciated the quality of care, I’m increasingly concerned about the rising costs. Both the consultation fees and medication expenses have continued to increase, and they now seem significantly higher than other local veterinary clinics. I wanted to share this feedback, as I feel the growing prices are making it harder to continue with a clinic I’ve trusted for so long.

Medivet staff is very helpful and caring. They were great with my super stressed pet. Thank you for your excellent service!
Rating: 5 / 5
Excellent practice - would highly recommend. We are moving away from the area but have chosen to remain registered with MediVet in Fayegate due to the brilliant care we have consistently received for our springer spaniel, who has had various complications! Thank you!
Rating: 5 / 5
Personable and great expertise, especially if you have active/working dogs or exotics. I've used the 24 call line when concerned about an animal and always had great advice on whether to wait or to seek immediate attention. It gives me peace of mind knowing my pets get the best treatment.

I have recently started using this practice. In fact I was a customer at medivet in Maidenbower. I have since re-registered with Dorking purely due to the fact that the head veterinary surgeon Dragana is without hesitation one of the finest vets that I have ever used. I honestly believe she is someone who truly cares about your pet. In my case my dog has special needs and she has always gone to Great lengths to try to find new ways to keep him comfortable. A wonderful lady I would recommend to 100%
Rating: 5 / 5
We bought our dogs here for a yearly check up and were so impressed with the service we received. Dragana is the kindest, most attentive vet I have ever met. She made sure our little ones were comfortable before examining them and gave them a lovely cuddle at the end. We didn’t feel rushed in or out and our visit was free due to the promotion they are running. A really great way to start our relationship with this practice, and will certainly be clients that are here to stay

We discovered a collapsed foal and after many calls to local vets by the RSPCA were able to get Alastair from this practice to stay for 5 hours with mother & foal until they could be moved. He was truly caring and highly expert in hopefully saving this newborn foal's life. This is a practice who were willing to come from over an hour away when so many others wouldn't. Thank you!
