Alex is a very professional kind hearted vet, he always has time to look after my dogs and takes the time to make sure they are happy before and after their treatment! Im always happy to reccommend alex and the team at goddards.

I highly recommend this practice. Alex and his team always go the extra mile to help, even squeezing you in to a busy schedule when you're worried about your pet. Alex always explains things fully and he's great with my cat, who isn't good at being handled by anyone other than me but allows Alex to do anything! I feel my cat is in very safe hands and that's so reassuring. Don't hesitate in registering your pet at this practice. You won't regret doing so!

I'm over the moon with the goddards staff, went above and beyond, put me through to a charity that helped with a lot of the funding for my dog chips treatment, and done some extra work for chip at no extra cost while he was under, Alex has done a great job on chip, and the aftercare was par-excellence, I take my hat off and salute you all š

I know how fortunate i am to be registered at such a wonderful veterinary practice. Alex has always been consistently thorough and faultless in his treatment of every pet I've brought to him. Namely my Guinea pigs, which is incredibly lucky that he is able to treat them being an exotic animal. Not an easy animal to treat, with lack of drugs available on the market, but he applies his common sense and knowledge and provides the best care possible. For this I'm forever grateful. David has been our vet for over 15 years and during that time has always given the highest level of care to our pets. David and his wife, Senka, provide a mobile veterinary service which was invaluable to us during Covid. They now have new premises in Epsom, where they recently treated our very nervous cat. David and Senka were incredibly professional and patient, ensuring our cat felt comfortable and reassured throughout the treatment. We would highly recommend Bradbury Veterinary Care.

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. Really kind staff and clean premises as usual. They made my dog feel loved and always are happy to see him! Great visit. Whenever i asked questions the vets were always happy to answer them and gave plenty of information. Water is always kept out for the animals.

Weāve had excellent care over the past 24hours. Seen as an emergency on a Sunday morning with an injured dog paw. Bettie was so calm, caring and very patient with my anxious and in pain cockerpoo. She was thorough yet kept the distress to a minimum and ensured pain relief was working before attempting a more detailed exam. My dog needed surgery. This was prompt with immediate feedback and reassurance on the day that all was well. We have follow up dressings planned and because my dog is very sensitive and the dressing will be painful we have been given stronger medication to administer prior to this check up. Pricing is fare, and we used our insurance for this episode. Weāve been with Maven for over 20 years with various animals and always had very good care and seen lovely vets. We wouldnāt go anywhere else.

We have been using aspen vet for our cat cookie whom is very unwell with severe anemia.. they have pretty much made miracles happen as cookie was so ill she nearly used up all her nine lives in one ā¦ but Iām glad to say that cookie is doing well and on the medication she needs .. after lots of blood tests ā¦ the vets and the receptionists have gone beyond what I would expect! The care at Aspen is exemplary. Everyone knows my dog and is genuinely pleased to see him. The staff on the desk are always friendly and know all his details and the care from the vets is first class. Susie has been taking care of an eye issue and Jasper is now fully healed and had such a positive experience that he didn't want to leave! I cannot thank everyone at Aspen enough for showing such consideration and high quality care.

Knowledgeable and very helpful vets. As a first time puppy owner, they patiently listened to and answered my questions and were very thorough and reassuring with examining my puppy when we had a little scare of her falling. They were also brilliant on our first visit, the day after we brought my puppy at home - she was trembling and very nervous, but they put her at ease, and she is very happy to go to the vets now!

Amazing staff and great service. All COVID precautions were in place, but that didn't detract from giving a fully personalised service. I felt welcomed, valued and unhurried, most of all they gave excellent treatment to my fur baby, who was stress free throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My 13 week old cockerdoodle had her 10 and 12 week jabs at Goddards along with a full puppy check. Sadly on a walk today another dog attacked my puppy and she sustained a puncture wound to her back right leg. We called goddards who were immediately happy to see us, we walked through the door within 25minutes of the incident and were so looked after by Anne and her team. I was a crying mess and they took the time to look after Rory, explain what she found and how to treat and reassure me. Thank you to the team at Ewell who were amazing in our hour of need.

Big shop area with lots of good value and luxury treats. Our dog can spend as long looking as we do in TXmaxx. The vet is super friendly and the appointments are usually running on time and waiting is minimal. Professional and personal service and there's the groom room of you have hairy dog too.

The staff here are so kind, considerate, and really care about the animals they treat. It speaks volumes that after my puppy was spayed, she was actually excited to go back in and see the staff there a week later for her check up! They're very careful and well trained, and my dog utterly loves the vets, nurses and receptionists alike. So glad we registered here! I've included a belly up photo to show how well her scar healed, and a post op on the day photo.

I was too hasty when i left my last review.my dog charlie has been ill for a while but she had to be put down today. She was 13 and a half so quite old for a female rottie. From the receptionist to the vet Holly and her assistant they were absolutely brilliant. They handled my devastating situation with complete professionalism and we're so caring. Many vets get a bad press for over recommendations of treatments etc. this surgery is honest straightforward and does not. The animals are very well looked after. The vets are fantastic at explanations of any medical issues. Taking time to explain.
