The Perfect Home Away From Home for Luna I couldn't be happier with the care Luna received at Longcroft Cat Hotel in Tring. From the moment I dropped her off, I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such capable and loving hands. Jenny was absolutely wonderful—she got plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention every day. I especially appreciated the regular updates with photos and notes about how she was doing—it really helped me relax and enjoy my time away, knowing she was safe and happy. It’s clear Jenny truly loves and understands cats. Luna came home relaxed, well-fed, and clearly well cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again—highly recommend to any cat parent looking for outstanding care.

Jenny is fantastic! We had two cats in with her for a week. It was our first time leaving them with someone and we were immediately put at ease after seeing the facilities and Jenny's clear enthusiasm for looking after the cats. We were then sent regular updates, photos and videos of Jenny spending time with and playing with our two. They had a brilliant time and were very relaxed when we came to collect them. Would definitely recommend and we will be using Jenny again in the future.

Rocky and Luna had a wonderful time with Jenny at Longcroft in Tring. On drop off and collection everything was so clean and fresh. The updates and postcards really put our minds at rest, we knew Jenny was taking great care of them, so much so when we came to collect them, they didn’t seem in any rush to come home.

My cat, Millie, spent 10 days with Jenny in Tring and, from the regular photos and videos, I could tell she really enjoyed her time there. I have never wanted to leave Millie at a ‘cattery’ before, but the Longcroft Cat Hotel in Tring was definitely not like any cattery. The suite was spacious and exceptionally clean. There are windows to the front and back of each suite, so the cats have a great view of the birds and squirrels. Jenny clearly cares about all her guests and plays with each cat every day. They also enjoy some cuddle time with her! I was so pleased to know that the cats are visited from 7:30 am until 9 pm, which means they are never lonely or bored.

Our little Smudge has stayed with Jenny several times over the last 9 months or so, and he absolutely adores her! He is very shy and tends to be extremely scared of new people but it's evident Jenny has really taken the time to get to know and spend time with him which has been very re-assuring. Jenny proactively sends regular updates with pics which gives us comfort he is in safe hands. He spent his birthday at Longcroft last year and it was so nice to see the effort that Jenny went to to celebrate with him. I'm sure he can't wait for his next stay with his holiday meowmy, he never wants to leave! :)
