I simply can not praise this vet highly enough. Every interaction we had, from the first phone call to the first visit, the service was exemplary. Initially, Rose in reception was one of the nicest and kindest receptionists we've come across. She was so understanding of everything we needed and due to major issues with our previous vet (medivet) she really put our minds at ease. But the ultimate test was a visit with the vet himself as we've had massive issues at the last vets with them accusing our elderly dog of being aggressive and always requiring a muzzle but on the first visit which lasted a good 45 minutes with the owner Anish, he was able to inspect her all over without muzzle and no hassle, something medivet haven't been able to do for years as she's so anxious when she goes in. I can honestly say it's the best vet visit our girl has ever had and most noticeable difference was his tactics in order to relax the patient. The practice itself is designed beautifully. It's very spacious with calming music and aromatherapy oils in the air. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of Max & and Min, so if you're debating who to go to while reading this, do not hesitate to get in touch with them ❤️

Best vet I have ever been to. The staff are all so lovely, warm and compassionate. I joke about I wish I was a patient at this Veterinary practice because the standard of care and service is exceptional. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful experience every time we visit and for being so incredibly supportive and helpful! Highly recommend to anyone who wishes for a 100/10 vet!

What a find!! Fantastic practice which really does care. From the friendly and efficient reception team to the knowledgeable and helpful animal nurses and the fantastic vets who give time, compassion and actually listen to your concerns. I've only been with the practice a few short weeks but during this time my dog finally has a proper diagnosis, has had corrective surgery and medication routes are planned for other issues. It's been a stressful time but they have done everything to make it as smooth as possible, including handling the insurance claim thank you so much! Brilliant team!

I can't recommend Max & Min Vets highly enough. Our cat, Benji, suffered a severe stomach injury that required multiple procedures and treatments. Throughout the entire process, the vets, nurses, and support team were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. Their modern, welcoming, and calming surgery made a stressful situation much more manageable. We're so glad we made the switch from our previous, outdated, and overpriced veterinary practice. Thank you for taking such great care of Benji. In the nicest possible way, we hope not to need your services again anytime soon! 😊 He’s very happy to be home and cone free!

I feel I must write to share my experience in taking my very elderly cat to Max and Min Vets. First impressions were how lovely and helpful the girls on the reception were. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were all very happy to help and accommodate. On my first visit, I was greeted by Ross who was extremely helpful and completely understood the problem I had with my cat. On my visit last night I met with Bonnie. She was very friendly and absolutely lovely. She is very knowledgeable and treated my cat with so much kindness as if he were her own. I cannot recommend Max & Min vets highly enough. They are an amazing team and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so very much to you all.
